Hi, whenever I try to apply the “Distortion Zoom: Power” it won’t appear. Other transitions are working for me, just not the Distortion Zoom transitions. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn’t fix the problem.

I have installed Motion Bro and i have matched the path for these but i dont get any preview for each transition. Could you please help? I tried reinstalling the plugin but no clue. I also some free presets and these are previewed normally.
I’m stupid and I actually purchased this twice. Secondly, I can’t get the extension to appear in MB. Any ideas?

So I purchased this in the past and having issues applying the effect (as its all loaded but not able to apply it into the timeline) – and this is what they wrote me back: If you bought the product more than 12 months ago, for technical support you should re-purchase a license for the item. Thats total BS – the issue should be RESOLVED – we are not buying a temporary liscence!
