Hi, I just bought the videolancers transition pack and I can’t seem to find the “Fade” transition. I clicked on the link you have posted for other users about the free packs for the fade feature but I’m unable to download them. It doesn’t even give me an option to download the fade transitions. Any help would be greatly appreciated because this feature looks great and I’d love to be able to use it. Cheers

Can’t render project with transitions. Error code : -1609629695 Not from AE not from Premier not from Media Encoder. As I noticed layer with name : Transform Out and Effects : Tile Width, Tile Height. When I disable this effects or the layer it possible to render but transition looks weird with borders. Any help?

I recently downloaded this again after a couple of years. I remember there was a section for camera shake, and a simple zoom in/out affect, and more. Were those taken out? Dont seem them in Ae. I remember using them.

Hello. I’ve been having trouble using all my preset packages with the new updated extension. I uninstalled the old one and installed the new extension several times but it keeps asking me to plug in the purchase code after having done so many, many times. I even bought the same presets package in order to get a new purchase code and I’m still having the same issue. I’ve followed directions and placed all my packages: Videolancer seamless transitions, AE face tools, Toko graphics, and Gravity v2 in one folder called Motion Bro. I changed the path several times but nothing. I am on a deadline so if you can please get back to me I would appreciate it.

Does the layout of the promotional video come with purchase, so we can change text, images and video clips and use it as a template? It’s perfect the way it is for a project I’m working on, and if I can certainly save a ton of time, if I can use it as a template.

Im also having the same problems as many. I keep adding the code and it does not accept it. Unusable and I have a project to deliver. PLUS they don’t give support to me anymore since I bought it around two years ago.

I bought and installed this item. However, the following message is displayed and it cannot be used.

”Please check Your Purchase Code for the pack: Videolancers Transitions 8.0”

When I enter the Item Purchase Code, the same message is displayed again. It was possible to use it in the previous version. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the results didn’t change.

What should i do?

My purchase/license code is not being accepted. What do i do?
