PRE-SALE QUESTIONS: I am creating training videos. I want to put alpha transparent highlights via boxes, circles, lines, etc. on selected areas in my videos. I am using Adobe Premiere Pro. Give me the link for your Adobe Premiere version. Can your asset 1) enable me to place these shapes as alpha transparent elements on my videos; 2) If yes, can I change the properties of the elements such as scale, thickness, co-ordinates, and time these elements; 3) Are they straight arrow elements? 4) Is there a property for blink?

Please download the latest plug-in at https://aejuice.com and delete these 2 files (with closed After Effects):
Mac /Users/<userName>/Library/Application Support/AEJuice/Pack Manager/ packmanager3.dat and packmanager3.prd If you do not see Library folder, press Go – Library in Finder
Windows C:\Users\<username>\Application Data\AEJuice\Pack Manager\ packmanager3.dat and packmanager3.prd

Hi, I love the pack manager plug in and had it working well. I’ve stuffed something up now though and hope you can help. After installing the plugin successfully I renamed the original ‘videohive-7826596-shape-elements-2’ folder, which I realise was a mistake) as the plug in stopped working. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled again but still no luck. An empty shape layer forms when I click on the animation thumbnail, no effect though. I get the following error message when I quit after effects ( 5027 :: 12 ) After Effects: AEGP Plugin AEJuice Pack Manager: Leaked effect refs. Thanks for your time.

Hi, open an .aep file and find Animated Typeface folder. Currently this particular category is not avilable in the Pack Manager plug-in but it will be in the future.

Hello! Please download the file you bought at videohive.net/downloads and run Shape Elements Installer. It will install all animation files to your computer and you’ll be able to use a purchase code to activatethe product. To get a purchase code – go to the downloads page https://videohive.net/downloads , click the ‘Download’ button and select ‘License certificate and purchase code (text)’. Open the downloaded file and copy the key from the ‘Item Purchase Code’. Hope it helps.

Hi, what element did you import? And what version of After Effects do you use? You can try import a different element or just ignore the eror, the element might had imported fine.
For the strokes, it does that error. For other elements like the 3D elements, it says “After effects error: file ‘3D Element07 Precomp.mov’cannot be imported—This. ’.mov’ file is damaged or unsuppoeted
I’m using AE CC 2015
I tried ignoring the error but it wouldn’t show any element, it’s just invisible or blank.
For the .mov files to be imported you should have quicktime installed. You can download it here: https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US
It’s not a limitation of our plug-in but of After Effects itself.

Try installing quicktime first, good chance those 2 are related. Also, there is an After Effects version of the project, you can copy/paste elements to your project.

Hi, please make sure all After Effects versions are closed and also make sure it doesn`t run in the processes (it could be an After Effects renderer). I would recommend restarting your computer and trying again. Please send me an email at yashkovskiy@gmail.com if it doesn`t help.
