Hey, i bought the pack and i can not see all of the adult chars , I see only one woman and one child… also there are so many missing files when I launch the “pixity land”. one more problem is when I add a character to my full hd comp it makes every things so slow and unworkable..my computer is brand new and it should not be my computer problem (i5 6600 , RX 470 nitro 4gb , 16gb ram running adobe AE CC)

Hope you can solve my problem because for now it is unworkable (I purchased it like week ago but started to work on it just now.)

Im having some problems with this item, but the main one is every time I move my mouse over the canvas area my picture disappears. Its not only when I move the mouse though. It will randomly go black. And also when I try to ram preview anthing I get error msg “After effects error: Cached Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback” And I know their are alot of frames that are in the timeline/workspace. Need help

Also, since I cannot DL it at Envato, can I have the permission to talk to the author and have it DL directly from them? As I have said, I already paid.

I contacted the author and they said they need to receive email from Envato team to send the files to me. Pixityland.

Actually I am getting slightly frustrated as I have 2 files: pixity land and pixity land cs5 version. cs5 version nothing works or shows up when you click on backgrounds etc. The other version I have worked in for 3 hrs now and I cannot see any of the adult characters. I have looked in the tutorials you have posted on you tube and they show a drop down from the character control panel with all the characters. This does not happen in my version. What happens is when I double click character control panel a panel opens where the layer normally sits and it has 11 characters but you cannot see them when you click on any of them. When I open the versions it comes up with warnings such as fonts missing and the file being converted from a windows file. Please reply asap. If this cannot be fixed I would like a refund. I work in adobe illustrator so I have some knowledge to adobe products already.

I bought this yesterday but the video tutorisls do not have sound. I have tried playing through quicktime player and another app but no sound. All other videos I play through these players have sound. I really need sound to figure out how to use it.

i am interested in purchasing this preset. Is there anyway for me to edit the clothes. i need it to be modest (covering elbows and knees) can i lengthen them?
