It's too complicated ... might as well use something simpler

Very powerful pack, lots of options, well worked out.

However, it is very difficult to customize and a lot of elements can't be changed, for example some of the hat colors - this is a problem.

The help files are not well laid out, the help videos resolution is too low to see clearly what they are doing.

Obviously made by a very experienced animator but with no experience of how to explain how to use it which really limits the power of this pack - a pity.

Customizability was very important.

This is NOT for beginners. This does not do what they say. I have a 12gb memory, i7 with a geforce graphics card. I do 3d modeling no problem along with other programs.

This runs my computer at 100% memory.

And Pixityland advertises this for the beginner. Needing 32gb of memory is beyond normal equipment.

And customer service just sends you to their tutorials. If I found your hard to find contact page... don't you think that I know where your standard tutorials you have, on youtube and with the download.

Anyway what are you going to do. They wasted my money. And they got me. They got my 50 bucks.

Just don't let them get yours.

I found this a great template with lots of options to customize. It is slow but that is to be expected for such a large template. My one issue is with the female outfits. I work on mainly corporate animations and most of the women I work with and need to represent in animations don't wear short tight dresses to work. Some female suit options would have been useful.
