Hello, can you help please, Im getting errors when trying to open it: Source file has no importable streams. File ‘Background_PH 1’ cannot be imported-this file is damaged or unsupported.

I’m very disappointed, not in the product but the mixed message were as states no plugins required and then in another section it states using Trapcode and Particular. Since purchasing I’m having problems with the trapcode. Please help, ANYBODY
