I have all the plugins and I followed the directions, but my rendered version doesn’t look like what I see on the site. Does anyone else have this issue? I’m using the latest version of everything.

Hello. Sorry, but in the description of the template it is written that the Element 3d plugin is required. If you have a problem with the plugin, I can send a template with prerender files. It doesn’t need the E3d plugin.

I received the files you sent but still it doent work. I get errors: 34 files are missing another error : wedding.aep is locked. It simply not working. I wonder if someone else here made it work. I see so many reporting problems. I’ve spent quite some time but not been successful.
Remove all unpacked materials and then unpack only “Wedding without Plugins”.zip. Everything should work.
Still dint work. missing 34 files. The original files I downloaded when I purchased has the version with “plugins and the other without” NO plugins are included. None of these templates are working. I can give you remote access to my pc and you see yourself. Nothing is working and am kinda frustrated now.

those are the missing fonts. so can you help or send me version. i use After effect cc 2018.Hi.
