Hi. I have bought this pack in 2018. But now I have got iMac M1 and most transitions just have black frames instead of transitions. I don’t know if reason is in M1. How can I update the version?

Hello replayer, I am looking to reset my license for the purchased Seamless Transitions item. I have gotten a new computer and can longer use the transitions as the package was registered on the old PC. The Purchase Date was 2021-10-03 15:45:07 UTC.
