I purchased this already and I’m willing to purchase another license again for a new project but I am in a dilemma since I’ll be changing my PC in 2 weeks time and will be moving to a laptop. Is there no way to transfer the license especially if its within a certain time period from purchase?

Hello replayer, I am looking to reset my license for the purchased Seamless Transitions item. I have gotten a new computer and can longer use the transitions as the package was registered on the old PC. The Purchase Date was 2021-10-03 15:45:07 UTC.
