But I purchased this “Colour Charge ” project from you. Where is the music track that you have used in this project? You used voice less audio. But suggested the audio to purchase that is including voice. Why? Before purchase this project, I played the video that you demonstrate where there was no voice with sound track. As you are the owner, you have the soundtrack. Please send me that.

Hello, at the time the template was released the voiceless track was available. The auido author is free to change the content they offer without notifying us, videohive authors. There is no way to force audio authors to update us on these changes, neither there is a mechanism provided by envato that lets us know something changed. This, by all means, is an after effects project file. The music is complimentary. I might as well render the preview without sound, it is not required.

You are not paying for the preview video – you are paying for a project file. The responsibilty of checking if the soundtrack is still available is entierely yours. If it was – I would have listed it, since it isnt – there is an alternative track I linked. Additionally, I am the owner of the template only, not the soundtrack. As you can hear it is still audiomarked.
