Hello, Prepurchase question. I read every reply but forgive my ignorance I would like to be able to add my own video of real objects including myself and I would do voiceover but part of the time I would like both to show in for instance a split screen or like a little frame of the animation playing in the top right corner for example with my own footage at the same time (similar to a news anchor with images or video playing while they talk. I feel like I can hardly get my point across in an intelligible way for that I apologize as I am totally new at this but have so many ideas to implement your amazing animation with my own footage. Thank you.

I have purchased your product, I have a question about how to add a person walking into the room, the walking point A and arrive point is B, from A to B is a person walking distance. I have added a person “walking” action, but this person just walking in the same point place. How can I create the animation which is walking from A to B?

I found in your latest version, Story 03 Photo App AE project, I am really interested in the Scene 5 of Story 03 photo App. It is an old guy who is making the speech in front of the people. But I found in the conference room, there is a slider which shows the beach image. which I dont want. How can I delete this Beach image? Because i am creating AE which is also a person making the speech, but the topic is not related to the BEACH. Thanks for your help!!

hello guys great, excellent template. I have a question and hope you will help. In illustrator i designe a outfit and when I try to parent with some adult pose the illustrator file deforms. When I copy/paste pins position it cuts a illustrator file at the lines of a body. Any idea why is this happening? Thanks in advance.

I added one composition element. I don’t want it to have an exit animation (it should stay in the slide till a time I decide.). Can you please help me with that?

The eyebrows are always pixelated. Is there any way to fix this? I’ve tried turning on the continuously rasterise switch in the face comp but it just disables the puppet effect.

I am having trouble with the calendar icon appearing in composition element 12. I have inserted a clock and 4 points icons into the other icon holders, however when I insert the calendar icon it does not display. Even if I try to simply add in the calendar icon into a scene and not in a composition element it still doesn’t display. I can’t seem to figure out why.

However, our doubt is that can we use the same for multiple clients too. If not, how do you ensure that we are using it only for one client. Genuine doubt.

Is there am easy way to scale up the people without them losing quality? I’ve clicked continuously rastorize but it doesn’t help.

Also when their hands cross over their faces it just gets lost into each other, how can I locate limbs to add a shadow to precent this?

Hello, im very happy as just bought this item.

I am having a little problem though: i can not change the adult characters hat color. (in the child characters i have no problem when doin it).

I uncheck the ‘use default hat colors’ checkbox and pick a color with the color picker, but nothing happens. I tried both, unchecking and checking the box, but still nothing happens. I think i am doing it as i should because whn i do the same with the child characters the hat color changing works ok.

A new update has just come out which I downloaded but I don’t see a version number or change log.

What’s new in this update and is it worth all of the work to redo my work in progress to the new version (done in v3)? Is there a way to update without redoing all of my work?
