I have a question regarding licensing. I just want to make sure. I have read your answers to some comments and you said that we can use this template to create multiple videos, as long as it is for one company/single user. Is that correct?

I have managed to make a custom character outfit, but now I need to make a custom icon for a TV (Pixity Land has a 1960’s TV but that won’t do for talking about a smart tv).

If I build a custom icon in Illustrator and substitute something will it animate?

Also, didn’t there used to be a PDF of all of the icons and elements? I can’t seem to find it. It is very time consuming looking through the example video then hunting through the elements one-by-one.

my question is: - can the characters hold many different animations in one single layer? - how can I open and close the mouth of the character? because I will use it for voice over. or do you have a tutorial for that? coz I didn’t see it in the character tutorial.

We like this cartoon Pixity land. We have already bought it and we have already started to work with it.

Unfortunately we do not know how to proceed one step:

1) during the animation movie creation Adobe After Effects has been showing us that FPS is NOT REAL TIME.

2) so this has been causing us real troubles, because it stops step by step again and again

However, I would like to create some characters in Illustrator also since I need it for some prinitng works and need a higher resolution.

Is there any way to get the tutorial videos in HD?

Honestly…it’s difficult to see what you’re doing in the videos. The video quality is pretty low.

Do you have HD versions anywhere?

How do I open up files through adobe after effects? I don’t know how to locate the files like that one existed in your project section. I tried to import but I can’t import the subfolders with format such as AI and stuff. By the way I’m using a mac. I’m new to this please help me

Some of buyers sent us that this project have bugs in showing characters. BUT it’s an un-updated After Effects bug and it’s NOT PixityLand’s bug. So if you have AE CS6 just update it from Adobe site to the latest AE CS6 (You don’t need updating to CC).

Pixity runs slow sometimes? You have purge your memory after each ram previewing to refresh your AE. It’s so easy, just press Ctrl+Alt+/ . You can find this one in the tutorial too.

If your AE is not in English Language, you have to change it this way : For changing it to English, simply place an empty “ae_force_english.txt” file in your “My Documents” folder. Also check out this forum topic please :http://forums.adobe.com/message/2886701

Thsi is not an error. It’s just a regular message for any template : “After Effects: this project must be converted from version 10.0.2 (Windows 64) and will open as an untitled project. The original file will be unchanged.”

Having trouble getting the file to open. It has to convert from Windows before opening, then stops at 96%. Just sent you guys an email through your profile. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi, I really love your videos, exactly what I was looking for.

But before purchasing I have a question, are there different poses and animation for the characters already pre-loaded or I should be the one doing the animation?

I am having issues working with Pixity Land because it is so so slow. I can’t even move to a different part of the timeline without it stalling and is very choppy. I am using After Effects CC if that makes any difference?
