I am new and this is my first time I bought. I have downloaded video but can not pay and I have tried to edit from imovie but no video there, only I can see some icons and sound there. How can I download this video?

User Color Settings layer on your V2 template is not working. I always get the yellow color combination regardless what color I choose. This problem was not appearing on the old version. Any clue what caused this?
Hmm, strange, just tried that and works fine for me… No other buyer reported such problem… Maybe try to download again and start from a new clean project. BTW are all the checkboxes unchecked? What is your AE version?
BTW I can’t see that you bought the template… what account did you use for the purchase?

Hi, great instructions.
- I’m a newbie to AE but when I rendered the video, the logo was too big for the circle even though I sized it well within the red guide.
- The English voice over did not play on the final render, any ideas?

Hey there,
the first problem can be solved pretty easily: scale the logo in the Logo composition and then check it in the FINALcomp before rendering – simply take the play-head in FINALcomp and go to the spot of the logo reveal.
The second problem is a little harder: seems like your output settings are set to something without the sound – or did the music played normally and just the VO was muted? Did you use my render presets? BTW what version of AE are you on?

Hey there again, I think I know where the problem is ...you have probably not installed the Lato font required for this project. Please see the help file (First things first” section). So close the project, install the font and open the project again. All texts should change from some default (Arial in your case) to Lato which also influences the interconnection with logo composition. Maybe you will need to start from scratch, but probably not… just install the font and re-open.
As for rendering, you will probably need to export using Adobe Media Encoder (you should have it installed also) since they no longer support export to MP4 directly from AE. See this tutorial how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUpaoVkMZZc

Yes, you will need a pretty deep knowledge if you wanna make some serious changes. This project is mostly intended to be used as is…
