Hello I bought it but the the german voice over on export is strange. From 00:13 the voice slows down in the final rendered clip. In editor its normal speed same with wave file?! Any idea?

Hey there. Yes, you would need to re-record the voice over and change the text in the project.
I bought this template 2 years ago and it was great, no issues. I just bought the template again and every single time I select a specific mark in the timeline After Effects crashes. It only does this on this template at a very specific point. When it reaches between 5-10 seconds after 2f. I downloaded it again to see if possibly it was a downloading error but that is not it. Please help.

Hey there, in Project Panel search for “Graph Board” (it’s in “Auxiliary compositions” folder). Select the first layer (“Graph”), hit F3 to reveal Effects Panel. Delete the Fill effect and apply a new one (in Effects and Presets panel serach for Fill and drag and drop it onto the layer). Select a color you need for this new Fill effect. That’s it

Hey there! Sorry to hear that. Are you getting any kind of error message? Please be sure to exctract all the files to one folder before opening the project file.
I have a problem: After Effects CS6 isn’t yet so easy as Final Cut Pro X. So the german version is perfect. Only i will it without logo, so i can use it. Please send me the final version export in a file as type .mov or another via dropbox oder box.com. Thank you very much.

Hey there, I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking, but a lot of my clients use JW player which can play any external video file (e.g. mp4) and you can set any image as thumbnail. However, I’m not a web developer and my knowledge in this particular field is pretty limited.
Hey Jakub! This is amazing work! I have one question/problem.
When I follow your instructions and load in my logo, there is a part at 1:13 where the logo is in the dot of the question mark. Then in the final screen, there is the logo and the website. Unfortunately, they don’t line up and it doesn’t look good.
I would like the logo to fit into the question mark properly and then have another layer where the logo is much bigger on the final screen AND positioned properly. In other words, without two layers, the logo is wrong in one place and vice-versa. How can we fix this? Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Hey there! And thanks for your kind words!
Here’s an easy solution: 1) Put your logo to “1-Your Logo” comp and scale it to fit the circle. Ignore how it looks on the final screen. 2) Open the “2-Final screen” comp and you should see two layers: the text layer with your website URL and the Logo comp. Turn the visibility switch (that small eye on left side) OFF for the Logo comp. So now you only have your website URL there. 3) From the project panel (that’s where you have all your source file) drag and drop your logo image to the final screen comp. Move and scale it as you like.
This way the Final screen no more depends on Logo comp.
