How can I use the other character I created? I have created 5 characters in Character01 folder but when I want to use the character I can only use Adult – Control Panel 001. How can I use theAdult – Control Panel 002-005?.

Thanks for purchasing.
You have to double click on the character number (Character selector Layer) and change it to 2 for using Control panel 002. If you want use them in poses just select main Controller layer in each pose, go to effects panel and select “use main characters” and change the character number. Also you can find it in tutorial or documentation.

Please don’t follow old character creator rules. Now Adult and child characters has the same rules. You can have unlimited characters and poses with this new one in easiest way. Just follow the tutorial and documentation.

I am putting together a complex video using your template and I am finding that the arms and legs of some of the characters are not visible when they are bare. When they are covered with pants or long sleeved shirts it isn’t a problem. Do you have a suggestion?

Yes, you can duplicate one pose and define your own animation pose. you can animate it as you want. Characters using IK structure and it’s easy to animate its controllers. Do you have any experience with IK character animation?

Hi! This seems like a really good kit! I spent long time looking at your wonderful work.
However, since Im quite new to AE I will start with only the animated characters. Is it possible to only use an animated character that loops and then export it for use in for example PowerPoint, Keynote and occasionally into Final Cut? I would very much like the background to be alpha (transparent). I am kindly asking your for some tips on how I would have to set up the project to acheive this? Also, what would be the right export options? I still have not bought your product, but I will if the above is possible for a novice like me. I do have knowledge in FCP, Motion and GoAnimate… Thanks for help! Best regards Sammet

You can render it as PNG sequence with alpha channel . Then import it to your software. It works for final cut pro or any other video edit software. But I don’t know how it works in power point.
You can test this by rendering some scene in AE beforeurchase and import it to you software. Also .h264 with alpha channel option is a good choice.
Working with this template is easy. Just follow the tutorials. You can find them on pixityland.com
I can’t understand what you mean from looping characters, but you can animate your character for your own pose too. However it’s not easy to do this.

Note you can just open it in After Effecrs. You can’t import it to any software.

I’m doing a customization for a client with Pixity Land. I need to combine 2 child poses. But Its not continues in appearance.
How to change the shoe orientation? Where I can find it?

Actually you can’t combine poses with each other,
you can show the first character and then a transition, or move your camera then you can show the second character.
For Changing the orientation:
1. Open character composition
2. Turn off “shy” switch to see all the layers.
3. Find:
Child 01 – Right Shoe Shadow Fat
Child 01 – Right Shoe Fat
Child 01 – Right Shoe Body
Child 01 – Left Shoe Shadow Fat
Child 01 – Left Shoe Fat
Child 01 – Left Shoe Body
4. There is an eye Icon beside the layers
5. Now turn off the eye icon beside the shoe layers that you don’t want and turn on others
6. For ex: Turn off the eye icons for Right shoe layers and turn on the left shoe layers
