Hello snd thank you for your purchase! Either the file got corrupted while downloading or your quicktime needs re-installation. Most probably if you redownload it will be fixed. Go to your downloads section to re-download. Let me know how this worked! Cheers, Steve

I am sorry I am not sure I understand. You mean what software you need to customize and render this file? If so, you need ‘Adobe After Effects” CS4 or above. You can even render the file with After Effects CC trial version:

There is an analytic video tutorial included with this template, but still you’ll need some basic skills on the use of this software to get the work done. Let me know if that’s the info needed. Cheers! Steve
