I think your missing the point. when I render the video the quality is poor and it doesnt play smootly

Render an mp4 format with bitrate 6000kbps or higher. That should play smooth in YouTube.

1. Sound track has to be re-edited to fit the video. Right now i am collaborating with the music author to include a version of the music that fits well with my video. Hope he will be updating his file soon.

2. I have no clue about the two soundtracks. Perhaps this you will have to check with the music author. 3. Sound effects are included in the file you purchased. If you look at the folder, you should be able to find it.
