Hi, I was recently editing at an event, I had purchased a new MacBook Pro and wanted to install one of the 3 copies I already own. 1 copy was on the old laptop, which had been wiped, so was no longer installed. I was forced to purchase another copy, so I could install on the new laptop. As I am now only currently using the plugins on 2 computers, but have now had to purchase 4 copies, I would like to request a refund for the latest purchase and ask how I can install a plugin I have already paid for on a new computer. Not using the same license across multiple computers. Each time I tried it said that the license had already been used. If a license is only running on 1 machine at a time, then surely I can use the same code. You can with nearly all other plugins I use. Thanks Matt

I don’t understand why it asks me to renew my license, I thought I could use this license without renewing it, I am using the program on the same computer.

I bought twice this product, once beacuse i want to use it, second because i hange machine and license dosent fit. Now i still have problem on m1 pro with vertical and horizontal tranistion dosent work. Support dosent response, and push me to buy new licesne to help me instead. Im done. Plugin maybe its ok, but for everyone but supports sux.
