Hello, I’ve left an email but forgot to include my PP version. It seems that the Extension of Seamless Transitions doesn’t seem to work on my PP 24.1. When I click on the extension in PP, nothing seems to happen. This is on my Macbook M1 Pro Sonoma 14.2.1

Hello guys, The Envato Help center just told me I can text here my issues. I’m an author and I’m just trying to upload my stock footage but after I uploaded it the platform say like that: “attachments, thumbnail: is not present attachments, preview image: is not present” Why? When I apply license code it works, (Premiere pro 2024), but next time i reopen premiere, the plugin asks for the license again. It seems not to save the activation… Any ideas?

Shoot I just updated to this new version and the Extension window doesnt boot up anymore. Do I need to download it to a specific location or does that not matter?
I believe I’m having the same trouble as person below me. I have Premier Pro 2024 and not sure if this version is working now. Older version would boot up but now the new version shows a grey window. No Transitions

Installed newest version on Mac Premiere 23.3 and nothing launches when I click on Extensions > Seamless Transitions. Desperately need this to work today. Has anyone found a fix?

Hi, regular license is limited to one active machine only. While the extended license can be used on the several machines at the same time.
