I updated to the new version but Premiere does not allow the open my extension as it says that I have ERROR 21 “email address does not match purchase code” I verified my email is correct and is good. I submitted a message directly to you for you to help me solve this as I have a legit purchase code and I cannot use these awesome transitions.

Hi Replayer, I love the new interface very slick….worked great on the first 5 or so transitions then there was one I decided wasn’t quite the right pick for my video. I tried Edit Undo but it didn’t clear it so I highlighted the transition and hit delete. Next Transition attempt: After that the transition would install the files on the timeline but the newly installed transition wouldn’t work. I cleared Cache files on the system still no luck. Decided to rerun setup from ZXP installer for Seamless Transitions.zxp. After: double click on any transition it moves the pointer into position to install files but does not install any files to timeline? I have an AMD 2700X with a RTX 2070, 16GB ram with a 256GB SSD for Cache. Installed Adobe Premiere Pro V 14.3.2 Build 42. Any idea how to kickstart Seamless Transitions back up? Its like the script to install is stuck? Thanks

Hi, I bought this package and love it. My computer was having a power supply issue and the support shop wiped the hardrive for some reason and now I’m reinstalling everything and it says that my license has exceeded maximum usage, but I can undo the last usage because the harddrive got wiped. Help! Thanks

Hello i have bought this long time ago and always used it on windows, now im on mac i downloaded the file but there are no project files in it only a seamles transion.zxp file that i cant open. the rest are pdf and tutorials please what can i do ? i need transitions …..

Is there any way to remotely log out of seamless transition extension? I don’t have access to my old computer and I can’t activate the extension on my new computer because it’s asking me to deactivate my old computer. Please help! Thank you!

I updated the software and it now works as an extension on Premiere. It asks for my email address and the License code to register the product. I keep getting an Error 21: This email address doesn’t match license key. Please type the email address you have used to register the purchase code.

I have verified my email address with videohive and its my Gmail account. I keep putting my email address and the license code and I keep getting this error. Is there a fix for this?

Hello, I usually am working from a remote location with no internet and prefer to not update any of my Adobe Products. I read that “project works in Premiere Pro CC 2020 v14 and above”. I currently use Pro CC 2018 v13 on a Win10 64bit system. Does this mean I cant use your product?

As I mention in a previous comment this package has effects that don’t always work.. I bought this package a few days ago and I can’t seem to get 80 percent of the effects to work..

I reach out the the developer and they told me they will get back to me in 24 hours… a good week has past and I never got help with the problems I am having with these effects. smh

Also on youtube theres a “Verified” youtuber promoting this package as part of her affiliates program telling people it works, but it all looks like its all a money grab since this bundle is BS… I usually don’t complain but I will NOT be taken advantage of since I spent my money for something I didn’t receive…

I would advice to look elsewhere if you are seriously looking for better customer service and a better WORKING effects.

I bought this bundle package yesterday. The install went fine, and verification went fine. The problem I am having is with everything else. Only SOME (very FEW less than 5) of the transition work, but maybe I am doing something wrong. I am following all the steps to apply the transitions but still nothing happens.

I would apply a text transition and nothing would happen… I would hear the sound fx, but nothing else would happen. Next I would apply a video transition, and then my computer would say I need “GPU needs exceleration”

This bundle is either not compatible with my 2011 MacBook Pro i5 single core processor with 16g Ram And 1 TB hard drive or I am clearly doing something wrong.

This is my first bundle package I am buying for premier pro and I would like some assistance with this issue. Thanks

The warp transition doesn´t seem to be working as advertised

It shows in the preview with the `up warp` for example, that it´ll move upwards once, but when I use it, it spins and spins ; honestly it’s unusable and looks awful.

Any way to resolve this? If I’m not clear enough I could make a render and show you exactly what I mean

I was looking for a trasition pack and had a good look around evanto. There are cheaper ones out there with more transitions, but after using this pack I doubt there is any other better pack in the whole evantomarket. Really simple to use by using the included Premiere extension and also, sfx sounds are included and placed in the correct position, just awesome!

Hi, I have enabled accessibility in my system preference but when i try to apply an effect, the plugin still result in an error and ask me to enable accessibility. Anyway to fix this?
