I have a serious problem with activating the transition pack in AE. When I open the Motion Bro Extension and it asks me to select the folder with all the packages, I chose the right one and then nothing happens. The Extension pack is open but won´t show the transitions. Both AE and Motion Bro are at the latest version. PLEASE HELP!! :((
Updated to the latest motion bro version. And it stopped working for me. 
I followed the same instruction in your video tutorial. After I click Windows->Extensions->Motion Bro v3.0.3, I get the motion bro panel. But its not asking for any license information, so I’m unable to proceed further.

Everything was working perfectly inside of AE a couple of weeks ago. Now none of the transitions are showing up inside Motion Bro. When I enter the purchase code, the transitions are still not showing up. Please help me

Hi, I’m having problems with my transitions… I try to add a simple zoom out to my cut but when it zooms out it looks like there are tiles zooming out too. It does not look good. I’m on the latest CC and using the premiere project method.

hello, today i bought this pack, at first it was working perfectly but now it doesn’t work !!!!
I’m having trouble adding text with the transitions. When I put text under the transitions, the text shows up in the mirrored area for a few frames and I’d like to avoid that. I followed your tutorial on YouTube about precomping the text layer with the transition, then going into the transition and turning off “surface” and “background” in the display layer setting. The problem is, I’m looking inside the transition, and I’m not seeing “Display Layer Settings” in the effects panel when I select the “settings” layer of the transition. Can you please help me? Thanks so much!

Thank you. You’ve probably watched the overview of a recent update. The “Display Layers” option was added only for new transitions from the “Surface” category. Unfortunately mirrored edges are the hallmark of this type of transition. Because to create a slide or zoom effect, we need to “grow” the edges of the image outside the frame to fill in the holes.

Hi, Creative Cloud upgraded my AE to 17.1.1 (Build 34) Mac Version and now whenever I use any transition, there’s a quarter of the last frame showing black when rendered. Please check this link for example:

Here’s another example ^^ In this case, it just stops at the last frame without finishing the transition, then immediately shows the next clip. Another thing: all of the Perspective transitions don’t show anything. Please help me asap! Thanks!
