Hello! I see all the questions about being able to use your product perpetually. I understand the given support and update is 6 months but can I still use your transitions if I’m fine without receiving the updates and support as long as it still works with my version of Premiere? Also, do you have any transition packs for other editors (FCP, Resolve)? Thank you!
Hi. There is no option of using the plugin with outdated license. Most clients used the project under one license for 1-2 years (I became aware of this not so long ago), that’s why there is a time limit with the new version.
As for the other versions. I have transitions for After Effects, but there is no version for FCP or Resolve.
hey, the update that installs the plugin in Pr is great as it also gives a little more modification tools. I just got a message saying my license will expire in 3 days and that I need to check here. What do i need to do/

I had the previous version of the transitions. I am interested in the new plugin license purchase. I read in the new licensing rules, that if i purchase it, it’s for 4 months. So does it mean I have to purchase it every 4 months if I want to keep using it in long term ?
With the extended licence – the same applies but just on 1 year basis ? Is that the new rules explain well please ?

Hi, I’m having trouble with the plugin. Whenever I apply a transition it is the wrong resolution and you can see the edges of the transition in the frame. If I try to scale the transition up, the video that it is transitioning goes far off center and out of frame. Am I missing something? I’m running on the latest version of premiere and latest version of the plugin.

Hi! Plugin works in CC 2020 and above. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to use the plugin with any older versions. So please update your Premiere Pro to CC 2020.

Furthermore, do I have to purchase the licensing every two months or is it a one time fee and able to use it in perpetuity? Hi. Appreciate the humor Regular license is valid for 6 months (it’s not 2 months). Free updates and technical support are included in the price. And you can use the project as you like during these 6 months (YouTube, freelance etc).
Why there is a time limit? Because you can’t use software in an unlimited mode for the rest of your life + get free lifetime updates and technical support.

Honest criticism: Srsly as a person being one of your first buyers i have to repay again? Just because i trusted you, you greeded for more money. Instead of giving all “alpha/beta” buyers the option to update for 15 or more bucks would be better. But that’s just money greeding.
not everybody has 60 bucks in other countries, in my case, have fun with my money.

And I’m not greedy for money. You can use old version for as long as you want, new version however (with the plugin), is a very different project. Plus I give free month to test new version and make a decision if you need it.
