Hi! You’re welcome! For now luma fade is being applied as a regular PPro preset (since it’s overlay transition). PDF manual with instruction is included with the project ”\Seamless Transitions\ST Tutorials\ST How to use Luma fade transitions.PDF”. Is there a lot of updates recently? Or am i getting notifications from videohive for nothing. I just downloaded an update yesterday and now today I get another notification. I also downloaded an update last week. I need to know a changlog to see if I need to download again. version 6.5 isn’t enough,. Do you have 6.5.3? or similar.

First of all, changelog is available at the very bottom of the project page. Secondly, since the project goes with the plugin, a lot of internal work is going on (we constantly improve our product). And lots of future updates are coming ahead with new transitions etc.
p.s.: there were no updates on the last week, previous update was on May 20. if you get notification – update is important. for non important updates I never send notifications to my customers
Hi thanks for the reply replayer. I think the problem lys with videohive then. Because I’ve had numerous emails from them to tell me an update is available. It’s a bummer because I don’t really know if I have the latest version. I’ll be sure to inspect the changelog. Thanks for a great product. I really like the new plugin format.
You’re welcome Version 6.5.2 is the latest (which I’ve released yesterday). There should have been only two emails in the past two weeks, because previous update also was two weeks ago. If you’ve received more notifications – please send me screenshot, so I could forward this issue to the support team.

I bought the regular license about 2 month ago. Now you are switching to a monthly license. For that it is to expensive for the few times I use it. Is my product still working after the update or the one/two months (without any other updates..)???
Hi. I’m not switching now, it has been announced a month ago. Also it has never been a one-time-purchase: you had to buy new license for each new video. Please look into Videohive licensing rules https://videohive.net/licenses/standard
Here is the direct quote: “Note to freelancers and creative agencies: You may charge your client for your services to create an end product, even under the Regular License. But you can’t use one of our Standard Licenses on multiple clients or jobs.”
And with the new rules you can use my project multiple times with 1 regular license for 3 months, instead of buying new license for each new video. Or you can go with an extended license (it’s valid for a 1 year).
Other products don’t have an endless license. If some authors claim the opposite, you can simply email Envato support and ask, can you legally use one regular or extended license in all of your future videos.

Hi! Technically it’s an extension, which is being installed via ZXP Installer. You’re talking about MOGRT. Is has nothing to do with transitions. And there is no other plugin for Premiere Pro on Videohive compatible with old versions of PPro (older than CC 2020).
yes mogrt. Using old version mogrt on premiere 2020 its crashed. so i use cc 2018.
Well, our plugin doesn’t crash Premiere Pro, also it’s the only plugin which is compatible with transitions in Premiere. There is no other such plugin on the whole market.

No, you can’t. All previous projects will work fine though (where transitions already have been applied). But you won’t be able to create new projects when license will expire.

Regular license is valid for 3 months, so yes, I believe you’ll be more than able to finish it

Hi. Simply follow the installation manual, which is included with the project. Since v6.0 installation process became much easier than it was before (no re-saving project files, locating media etc).

First of all, I love this set! I am a teacher, and I am using these transitions to add some interest to the videos I am making for distance learning.
I have no intention of selling my videos anytime in the near future. However, I may want to one day, and I want to make sure I understand the terms. If I use any of your transitions in a video I sell, I need to purchase the extended license. Is this correct? Or do I need to purchase an extended license each time I make a video for sale, even if it only uses one of the transitions? Again, this is way down the line. I am trying to prepare for future expenses. Thank you!
Hi Mary. No, you don’t need to purchase extended license for commercial use. You can make as many commercial or non-commercial videos as you want for a 2 months with regular, or for a 1 year with extended license. All future updates are free + free technical support is included.

Ah, OK. Thanks for you quick response. That’s more reasonable. I’ll still have to think about it as I’m just learning, so I’m limited in what I can achieve in 2 months and a yearly license still seems quite expensive, considering it’s more expensive than the main program (premiere). It’s probably worth it for professional creators.
Agreed, new version with the plugin is mostly for professional videographers. But if we’re talking about average videographer rate in US (which is about 100$ per hour), 16$ per month for an unlimited multi-use in any of your videos… well, it’s a pretty good deal

So this is just some constructive criticism.
The idea behind the plugin is great. I was with you guys before the plugin existed and I can appreciate what your trying to achieve. But the plugin at its current stage is not well enough developed to make new buyers and old yours happy.
Its really to slow in the time it i look for the effect I want to use and apply it I have to make sure playhead is in the right spot / cut then double click the preview then wait 5 to 7 more seconds for it to apply to the timeline it just not fit for purpose I want to edit faster not slower.
And before anyone ask my computer is New built 2020 AMD Ryzen 24 core costing £5K so its not a crap PC.
All this just to say the plugin is a good idea but for professionals trying to work faster its not better than old way.
But keep it up i look forward to this plugin getting better
Hi Bevon! Appreciate your feedback. Well, with the old system you had to import the entire project file with 1000+ transitions, sound FX and preview videos. And it was 22 Mb project file + 340 Mb of media files, and it really slowed down your workflow (especially if we’re talking about 4K). But this is how all transition packs work in PPro, if they don’t come with any kind of extension.
On the other hand, when you apply transitions with the plugin, you’re applying only that specific transition and your project stays clean and optimized. Also there is no need to disable video layers to prevent sample footage from getting on the timeline.
Not to mention constant issues with locating media files with classic import. It wasn’t the issue of the pack, but it was general issue with the import in Premiere Pro. And making the plugin was the only solution. Since V6 you don’t need to do any of this locating media stuff etc + installation has become much easier.
Plus in the latest update (V6.2) we will add an option to adjust transitions speed. That’s a killer feature for sure! How about that in the old version? There is no way to adjust transitions speed without the plugin, and it was highly demanded request for a very long time.
As for the 5 seconds to import transition: it takes some time because the plugin is processing the timeline before applying transition.
