Hello there , unfortunately due to technical limitation we were not able to include them in PR items but surely we will find a solution for it.
Tried to update my Infinity product with the 1.2 update. Motion Factory and Infinity no longer work. It repeatedly tells me to close Premiere Pro and re-open so Motion Factory can update. I have done this numerous times, restarted my computer. It still does not work.

Ahhh GRT my bad for not seeing changelog, won’t make that mistake in the future! LUV hearing about new device mockups!! Do we redownload the latest version or can we do from within current version in After Effects? (I’m still AE newbie a bit)
You don’t need to reinstall Motion Factory, But you MUST get the package from envato again and import it for new updates, You can remove the old package of Infinity Tool and use the new one instead

Hello there , Infinity tool has AE 2019 and AE 2018 files included which you can use in AE along with Motion Factory 2 builders ( infinity items are not available in Motion Factory 2 although )

Are you able to change the duration of the Backgrounds for longer comps? Or do I have to duplicate and piece it together?
Hello there , by using time remapping you can change animation speed and duration , also the duplicate solution can be your second choice too.
pre-purchase question: Love the diversity and multiple tools in this pack but the LICENSE allows for use on a single project only. So what’s the point of 1500+ tools if I have to re-purchase for every single project?

Whenever I put the template into premier the top bar goes red. I have to render each one to even see what the graphic does because it won’t play, which takes way too long to do. How can I fix this?

I had an issue with the install where the GUI was not showing anything.
Joe from the Pixflow Support Team was in constant contact with me and we eventually did a remote debug session. It seemed the error was a small one but one that I would never have noticed. We left off on Skype with an engineer who would contact me today. As promised Joe was online at the time promised but I had already sorted out the issue he had pointed to yesterday. Now the plugin works properly and I love it. I cannot wait to demo this to the Adobe Professional Community. You guys have done an amazing job making MOGRTS easy to see and use. The render times are also exceptional. Well done

after downloading the infinity tool, I dragged the AE file into motion factory and every time it says installation failed. there is a check mark on “validate pack”
I use the last version of the motion factory V 2.41 I use adobe 2019 on Mac air system 10.14.5

I purchased the infinity plug-in and install the motion factory zxp file. but the extension is empty. I can’t add folders or import. there is only gray panel with nothing shown in it. I tried to add mogrt files to Premiere but also nothing shows on AE.
Any help.

and we are happy you liked it. 1- Some Backgrounds are loop, but Some of them are so random that we couldn’t loop them so we kinda stretched the overall time. But you can blend them together to make it loop( Fade in – Fade out ), If you don’t know how to do it, please open a ticket and send me a screenshot of the background you want to loop and i’ll make a video tutorial for you, is this works for you?1 https://help.pixflow.net 2- Yes we have a new update next week with 150 awesome new items. “Device Mock Ups, Google Ads Template, Pre-made Scenes.” If you have any suggestions about new items please let us know so we can consider it in next updates

So sorry for delayed reply, it was a busy day for us, Here’s the video we promised you: https://we.tl/b-MFOvLSjWhG there are actually two methods for loops, If you want long background loop, something like a long video use method 2, and if you want to loop the background for something short like an animated gif you can use method one, most of the backgrounds fit to this tutorial but NOT all. So if you want to use a background and this methods doesnt fit your need please let me know so we can give you another tutorial Cheers!

Love the product! I know how to minimize the comp size but is there a way to reduce the size of titles with all effects? I want the title to fit smaller in my project but when i scale it down to 50% you can tell. For example title 43 comes in out of frame and that is fine if it fills up but the screen but when you want in smaller you can see the cutoffs. I’m certain I can minimize each effect and title down but there has to be an easier way.

I might get it wrong, but I think you want to remove the background of the title, In this case you can just turn off the Background checkbox in setting panel of Motion Factory. This way you will see a clean title without background. If this is not the case please open a ticket and send me a screenshot so I can see the issue and we’ll find a way https://help.pixflow.net
