Tried installing the tool on a new computer. Sadly the latest download doesnt have the infinity tool zxp with it. So I downloaded on the pixflow website. Now I am prompted by the tool extension with a login screen … after registration on pixflow and submitting my mail and password on the motion factory file manager I always receive the message “Username or Password is incorrect”
Sadly this tool is super complicated to install and doesnt properly work anymore …

Thanks for reaching out! If you want to use Infinity items with a plugin, the right one is Motion Factory File Manager.
The login process for Motion Factory File Manager is different from other Pixflow plugins. Please follow these steps:
Open the plugin and go to the Sign Up tab. Enter your email address and password. Wait a few seconds, then switch to the Login tab and enter your email and password. Once logged in, you can access the Motion Factory File Manager panel and import packages using the Import button. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
Worked, thanks a lot. Had to use a new mail adress tho, because it seems I used the other one already a few years ago, but the reset password doesnt work, never receive an email.
The only thing that’s not working is the preview in the file manager, even though the mp4 files are there. I only get blackscreens and need to import the files first to see what they do…
Hi there, Glad to hear that you can use the Motion Factory File Manager plugin. About the preview: Each Infinity item has a mp4 file for preview so if you imported the Infiny package properly, the preview will appear properly. If you mean another package or another item, each item needs to have a mp4 file for the preview. If you mean anything else, please explain more about it.
Hi, I have bought this tool before. I installed a mac. When I used it in PR 2024, the first template is work and imported into the timeliness. But when I tried to add another template , it failed and popped up a window said unknown error while loading the template. How can I solve? Is it not compatible to PR 2024? Thanks

Yes, I have imported the package into the motion factory plugin. And drag the template from motion factory directly into the timeline of pr. I tried the template for ae in ae. It works. But the template for pr doesn’t work in pr.

Hi there, thanks for contacting us. Please make sure the AE language is English. Also, please Make sure you didn’t store the Infinity package on any external storage devices.
It was the fact that i put all the files on an external hard drive. You should give the possibility to do so…

I choose the folder with the extension but when applying the effect or something it doesn’t work at all on my MacBook only on my windows machine this works propperly Any fix ?

Yes I used the infinity tool with the Motion Factory plugin. It seems I could not transfer the files to an external drive. it works now but I wonder if there is a way to make It also work on my external drive. I have limited space on my MacBook and would be better to run it from my external drive with the plugin. Kind regards

Im so confused. I watched the YouTube – there’s not really any comprehensive instructions on rescaling to mobile sizes, furthermore: I dont see the timeline editor thats show in the promo video. Im using AE2023 is that why? It just doesnt seem to edit all that seamlessly for someone who is a beginner when it looks super easy in the promo video
Hi there, Thanks for contacting us. The Single Scenes category has a responsive setting. and you can use it just by changing the comp size. Press CTRL + K to open the composition setting panel and just change the width and height to see the changes. Hi, i’ve purchased this product long time a go but i want to install it on ae2020 with motion factory, it simply doesnt work when i want to import the infinity tool, when i try to import folder it adds but, it doesnt show anything shows question mark on motion factory window doesnt load.

Please follow the below steps:
1. Please deactivate any security system available on your system and then check again if the Motion Factory works fine or not
2. Make sure you haven’t set any characters except numbers and letters for the windows username or mac username. (It isn’t related to the Motion Factory username)
If you’ve set the special characters for the username, you can change it or create another username and install Motion Factory again.
3. Make sure the PR or the AE language is English.
4. Make sure you didn’t store the package which you want to use on any external storage devices.
Microsoft Edge detects Motion Factory as “Virus” and continuously quarantined it.

Hello, I bought the package, I use the Ae2020. When I go to select some block, an error window opens. The installation failed because it is incompatible with the application on which the extension is installed. Will be alerted.

I have MotionFactory 3.3.7 in ExtensionManager, but I don’t see it in Extensions.
