Hi I just purchased Infinity Tool, I’m unable to install it. I tried AE CC2018 and CC2019. I have uninstalled Motion Factory and reinstalled from a fresh download (May 17, 2019), the version still says ‘2.41’, with no blue Import button as there should apprently be. How to download and install Motion Factory V3? How to install Infinity Tool?

Nevermind, I found a way: uninstalling my previous version of Motion Factory through Windows uninstaller, then installing the new Motion Factory through Adobe Exchange. Now I have the Infinity Tool in MF3, but I can’t find Hi-Tech HUD builder anymore (or any other former builders, like the Glitch of the Type), and importing my Quantum HUD folder doesn’t work.
Hello there , thanks for letting us know about the solution , actually when you remove the Motion Factory packages should not get removed but you can import them again for usage ( there will be no issue ) , about builders are you talking about Motion Factory 2 After Effect builders ? as you should know Motion Factory 3 is a file manager and not package manage , you can import Mogrt folders to access all the items in that folder , please contact us on http://help.pixflow.net for more information.
I tried to import the Quantum Pack into Motion Factory 3, both folder and individual .mfg files, it does not work. Motion Factory 3 only shows an empty folder called ‘Quantum Pack’ after importing.
As for the builders, Motion Factory 2 came by default with pre-installed builders and assets (Actionfx, Glitch, Particle, Hitech,...), where can I find them and install them in Motion Factory 3?
Hello there , about the Quantom pack , the mfg file is only for Motion Factory 2 , Motion Factory 3 support popular media formats plus Mogrts so if the folder is empty it means there is no supported file in it ( please contact us on http://help.pixflow.net for solution ) about the free packs , you can find them on “Discover” tab “Free” section.
Hello! Please help me. It cant be installed because: failed to parse the extension file: please assign a correct name to your extension and check that path doenst contain international characters. Path to extension must contain only english character for install…..what should i do for correct installtion? how can i do it without zxp, for example put motion factory files to right directory?

got it up and working within 5 minutes. I have to say is not hard to install and get it working if you are a frequent buyer and user of videohive. But for newbies it might be hard as not everyone knows you need a zxp installer to install motion factory plugin. I am using After Effects CC 2019. One comment, there is an error when i first launch CC 2019 after installing and launch motion factory plugin. It immediately close my CC 2019 and relaunch again. After installing the assets everything works fine.
Oh ya you need to create an account with motion factory within the plugin before you can use their assets.

Yes i’m still able to use simple AEP import, but definitely would be better to have it work on motion factory to manage/see previews of all items. If this still does not work, I will be requesting for refund, and stick with the other products for the previous version of motion factory(particle builder, etc…). thanks

Already using the tools. Very cool, but a few minor diseases… You need to go through the items again because some just dont work to remove background from, otherwise good. Also, it is not good to name the motion thingy the exact same thing as the old one…

Is there any documentation of how to install this product? Seems like its using a different version of Motion factory? Because I see a window with an import button but where to download the Infinity Tool test pack?
This is a new Motion Factory which is different from the classic one, you can have both installed. Infinity Test pack is gonna be available in the next week, but you can import your own projects, AEP files, Mp4 and.. test Motion Factory itself and see how does it work for you, Infinty Pack is gonna be imported in this panel ( alongside your own folders and file if you want ), We would be glad to hear your feedbacks

About the shapes we’ve added as much as controller was available , about the font , if you use those fonts in AE or PR without any issue then there will be no issue on Infinity Tool.

So I noticed that in the comments three people ACTUALLY purchased this and all three of us can not get it to instal. Perhaps yer not quite ready to roll this out yet. Maybe someone should whip up a how-to webpage to work out the bugs. It would be appreciated. I’d even pay extra money to have a working product

Yeah, yeah, fun product. Getting anything from Pixflow to instal is always a pain in the ass. Today’s challenge is installing Infinity tool. The Motion Factory window doesn’t seem to do it. And there is no apparent “help” docs. The Motion Factory website sure is really pretty and polished, but finding useful information is daunting. Get with it people!

I’m attempting to use Motion Factory/Infinity Tool with AE 2019. There doesn’t seem to be a blue import feature active within the GUI (as shown in video). I will continue my quest to find a useful link for instructions. Perhaps you may know someone that has the answer. I’d like to use the product ASAP.
You really need to work on your product instal procedure. Not sure why it’s so mysterious/convoluted unless it’s your method to defeat piracy.

This product looks awesome. However, it is being sold under VideoHive’s standard licence, which only allows a single end product to be created. Seems a waste to spend $49 to get over 1,000 animation blocks (not to mention free upgrades) and then only be allowed to create one specific end product. After that one end product is created, the upgrades are useless.
