Please make sure you have the latest version of Motion Factory, If you import the whole forlder of Infinity Tool, or one of the the categrories seperatley you should see the preview instantley, please make sure you import the right items. If you still sea the issue please send us screenshot of the issue and the item that is not showing the preview movie so we can solve this faster best
