i updated to cc2019 ae and downloaded my purchase some minutes ago…no i have script errors with any transition applied? is it not working for cc2019?

My transitions have been acting bizarre. Sometimes they seem out of sync with where the cut is suppose to be and the transition actually occurs on the frame following the desired frame, or there is a black screen right where the cut is suppose to be, or the orientation/scaling of the transition seems to change close to the cut which usually leaves black edges on the top or bottom corners.
I also tried to do the expression error fix but when I go to project settings I don’t have an Expression Tab. The only tabs I have are Video Rendering and Effects, Time Display Style, Color Setting, and Audio Setting.

I have mine running in AE 2019, but it appears that the presets do not give the same results as in 2018 and many yield strange behaviors to the content beneath. Maybe due to a new AE 2019 structure? Will there be an update for 2019 coming? Thanks!

when I try to apply a transition between clips, I get error messages on after effects saying invalid input values on some transitions and they do not work. how do i fix this?

Hi, Does the “handy seamless transitions 1500+ presets” have “3D pan handy transitions 300+presets” in it? or does it have some presets from 3D pan pack in it? or they’re just totally different things and no single preset is the same? thanks.

I’ve updated my Adobe product to the 2019 version and I have been asked to reinstall my packages. When I go to reinstall this software with zxp installer I get an error “Installation failed because the extension is not compatible with the installed application”. Hello I am working on a project and most of the transitions gave me an Script alert, Reference error 1622 transName is undefined. I saw that you wanted to click on the trash icon but AE asks if you want to trash the presets not used in the project. Is that safe? I am still working on the project. Any immediate solution?
Hello! Click on the trash icon. This action will delete only those presets that were imported but not used in your project.

Hi, thanks for feedback! This problem was fixed in the first hours after the release of version 5, but perhaps you downloaded earlier than we fixed it. Please download the presets files (.list) again and install via the extension panel.

Only happen when I import a project to the current composition. Also there dead frames in many of the transitions, and transitions are not smooth it jump few frames during the transition.

Hello, before the last update (Motion bro V2), I was able to select multiple layers and select multiple transitions and apply them randomly to the layers. I just updated to the new version and I don’t know how to do the same thing with Motion bro V2! Can you please help? Thank you.
Hello! We decided to remove the random add function. But we left the possibility to add one transition to multiple layers, and then it is easy to replace and edit, if necessary.
that function was really useful to me! looks like I’m gonna have to go back to the older version. Please consider adding this function back in the future updates.
Hi, I just purchased this package and have tried to install it using the zxpinstaller and then I got an error saying my purchase code was incorrect, I then tried to install it the second way by changing the file to a .zip but I cannot find the folder I am supposed to paste the motionbro 2.0 folder to. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks
