Hello and thank you for your purchase ! You are right, adobe media encoder is not included in AE CS6 and I am sorry I forgot to show how to export with this version. But don’t worry, you can still have fast export times in CS6 also.

First of all use the 1080P Volumax Export Preset composition, then add to render queue. Set the render parameters quality to optimal (1920×1080) and deactivate the Temporal Sampling interpolation (I really don’t know why this is on in AE by default…). Then export. It’s going to be slow on the first frames and then it is going to speed up. I just tested a 4 second animation on my computer (x8 Cores at 3.5 Ghz) and it took 3”30 minutes to export that way.

Thank you for your purchase. You cannot resize the VoluMax compositions because everything is linked by expressions depending of the 4K resolution for quality improvement. Resizing is done at the end when you export by using the export presets or creating custom resolutions.

In your case simply create a new composition at 3072×384 and drag & drop “Main Comp 4K” in it. Make it fit and export with Adobe Media Encoder.

Okay I see ! You are still in “Wire Mode” (you can see the warning above the portrait). This mode is to setup the wire on the portrait, it is a work mode. Uncheck wire mode in 3d portrait Tool panel like in tutorial to make it work.

Thanks a lot. I think I got you. 1.I imported the person in AE and adjusted the “3D portrait tool” in order to fit his face perfectly. 2. I screenprinted the result and opened the screenprint in photoshop. 3. I edited the screenprint by painting the whole body, cause the 3D print tool only applied to the face and shoulders, completing the person’s depth map. 4. I imported the person as an object and added his depth map. Am I missing something?
