What do I need to make VoluMax work ?

VoluMax 7 – 3D Photo animator is a template for Adobe After Effects CC (2019 and higher). No third party plugin or script is needed and Photoshop is optional.

Wich license should I purchase ?

  • Regular License: personal use only (self promotion, youtube channel, family slideshow…), all future updates are free.
  • Extended License: professional use (you will make some money with this tool), all future updates are free.
  • Having missing files at opening ?

It seems you did something wrong after downloading the zip file. This error occurs when you rename a folder, work in zip file or on a distant server with high security level.

    - unzip and delete zip file before using Volumax (never separate files from original folders)

    - There is only one effective way to open VoluMax : FILE / OPEN (do not import project)

    - If the files are on a distant server that can cause files missing errors, always put your projects on your local hard drive.

Is there a 1080P version instead of 4K ? Or Instagram format ?

Volumax is in 4k but that does’t impact viewport or export speed, everything is optimized to go fast and After effects is very smart with HD pictures nowadays. To work in realtime like in video preview you have to set your viewport in automatic 1/4 mode, but all that is explained in included tutorials.

VoluMax includes Export Presets for Horizontal, vertical and square formats, 4K or 1080P and Instagram presets. (Video Tutorial included)

Can I use VoluMax on any picture or on videos ?

VoluMax can work on modern or old photos, paintings, artworks…you can almost animate anything you want.

But of course some pictures will be more challenging than others. it will be faster to animate a smooth lanscape with hills for example than a picture with foreground trees, objects, wires or a lot of people to extract in Photoshop. And that is true with any 3d animation solution.

You can animate static video shootings with VoluMax and have great results giving the impression of a moving camera but render times will be longer.
