Hi there, I tried to install the update with the suggested methods and everything is ok. the problems start when I reboot AE, it does not start until i remove the MotionBro 1.1.3.4 folder manually.

Hi, I am actually having multiple problems
1) Whenever I click on a transition to add, it always adds two copies of the transition. It adds one to where the scrubber is located (which is where I intend the transition to be), but then it also always adds a second transition to the very beginning of the first clip.
2) Half the time the transitions do not seem to work properly and this seems to usually take place at the exact frame where the cut is. This is usually displaced as clip that has been reduced in size and is laying on top of another clip, but sometimes it is displayed in other bizarre ways…
3) I’ve tried to completely remove the handy seamless transitions that I purchased as well as motion bro so I could try and do a clean reinstall of it… but no matter what I try and do to remove it, motion bro always seems to stay installed. How do I completely uninstall and remove motion bro and the handy seamless transitions from after effects?
4) Whenever I try to transfer clips from premiere pro that have added effects (warp stabilizer, altered position, added black bars, etc.), they never seem to display correctly… This might be an more of an issue I’m having with after effects and not motion bro and the handy seamless transitions.

I will try to answer.
1. Select only one clip. The one to the beginning of which, you need to add a transition.
2. In the next update, we will correct this defect. But as a temporary solution, you can use the method described here.
3. Simply delete the “Motion Bro” folder from the directory:
Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions (for Windows)
or Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions (for MacOS).
4. If any effect is applied to your clip in Premiere Pro, most likely in After Effects it will not work. Because most of the effects from the Pr are absent in Ae. You can copy your effects to the final Linked Comp, which is sent back from Ae to Pr. I’m not sure whether the warp stabilizer will work correctly in this case, maybe it can be used directly in Ae.

Hello, I am unable to export from premierepro, getting “error unable to produce frame” and it stops. I can play and see the transitions but not export. Disabling the AE comp i can export projects just fine. I am using latest AE 15.1.1 thanks
please note that if i hide your CUT, then i can export the project….
I’ve been googling all night, can’t figure it out. Basically i don’t use AE but i used your effect heavily o a project and need to export it now. I thought you have have a solution. otherwise i will keep trying
I did not encounter a similar problem. And, unfortunately, at the moment I have no idea why this error appears. Maybe, as a temporary solution, try to make a prerender from AE and then import this video into Pr.
Ok i manged to fix it. It was a Stigmate cut causing the problem. i have about 20 other cuts, and it rendered fine now. But i think it was my fault, maybe i messed with it. All good now
It seems my GPU was running out of memory rendering some cuts, i will stick to the basic ones

To anyone experiencing the problem that the transitions seem to glitch and create artefacts and even cause render failures: I’ve had this problem solved within minutes through the help of the support (huge props to that) and it’s accuring as soon as you have alpha channels in your timeline! Fix that and your problems gone.
I’m a little disappointed that I paid the money and still don’t get the full SPLIT and GLITCH versions.

Unfortunately, yes, it does not work directly in Premiere Pro. To use jumps, you need a link between AE and PP, via Dynamic Link, as shown in this video. I note that this is stated in the description of the product at least 3 times. You also bought this project in the After Effects category. For Premiere Pro in this market, there is a separate category.
Concerning your question – do you use a full subscription from Adobe, or just for one product? If full, then you can easily download the latest version of AE for free.
PS. On videohive there are similar transitions created in Premiere Pro, but since in PP there are no necessary tools and effects, all these transitions are very trivial. In addition, using them is very difficult, compared to the transitions in my package. In practice, it turns out that using Dynamic Link will be a much faster method.
