Please make sure you are using CC 2015 for best experience , after that please let the application load its assets for 5 minutes and then check again , please let us know about the result.

Hello there , if you use it only for one project there will be no license issue but if it’s more than one project so you need extra license for each one.

Hello , sorry if my answer was not clear , we assume you have a project for a company , you will purchase pixity land , use it and it’s done , now if you want to use pixity land for new project for new company you need to purchase additional license.

Hi there I’m having an issue with the shoe expression on the child animation. The alert is telling me ‘Shoe’ is missing or does not exist. I downloaded the package again after finding this error but it happened again in the new download. Can you help please? I tried raising a support ticket but I’m not seeing on Pixiflow where to submit a ticket. The Chatbot sees to stop at “Okay…” and gives no instructions after that. Thanks.

I purchased Pixity Land, since it says it is compatible with AE version CC. When I emailed them & told them that PX Land is very laggy on my CC version, they replied:

Actually Adobe change their resource management on CC so big projects like Pixity land have issue to get enough resources , we recommend our user to use CS5 or 2015 version which work fluently , so please try again to use 2015 or CS5 and if there was an error please record a video and share it with us on https://mixtape.moe/ so we can see what’s going wrong there.

That was their exact reply.
Excuse me sirs, since you market your product as being compatible with AE CC, then either I request a full refund, or send me a PX version compatible with my AE CC.

Hello, I’m starting to learn how to use Pixity Land v3.6.3 , in the new version of After FX CC 2018 some error dialogs come out, for example: the effect called “color control” is missing or does not exist, the same as the “circle effect” What should I do to correct this? Thank you

Hello, if your own graphics means outfits yes, you can watch the tutorial from this link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fcGh1yLI2rw&t=279s – And to use this you only need to have After Effects. No other plugin or software required

Sorry no you can’t add your own characters to it, because lots of thiese designs are related to expressions and editing them may cause lots of issue. and if by any graphics you means something like tattoos or logos on t shirt yes you must add new layers and parent that layer to for example hands
