Hi, I’ve bought this template and customized it easily, and I’m new to AE. My question is that after I rendered it, the file was 25GB size! So I’m rendering now with 960×540px hoping that it could be smaller in order to play wright, cause the 25GB file just jumps and stops… I’m using AE CS5 .5 with the audio showed in your template. All photos inserted have 70MB. is this too much? Do I have to save them for web in order to reduce final avi file size? thanks and I love your work

Thanks for purchasing my template, I’m really glad you like it! You can decrease the size of your video file without changing the size of the frame. The reason that your final video is so big after you render it is because you most likely left the default codec setting “Animation” in your render queue. This codec is 1) very high quality and makes huge files and 2) requires a very powerful machine to play it back without lagging (this is why it jumps and stops when you try to play it back)
You can do 2 things: 1. Take your 25 gig video file, import it into AE, drag it into a new comp (at whatever resolution you would like) and scale it down to fit the comp, then export it with Quicktime H264 codec (Youtube likes this for uploading).
2. Re-export your project from with different settings. This will take longer than the above method.
You should be able to get the video under 800 mb without any problems using the H264 codec, and it should retain the full visual quality.

Cool but too much this time. The Colors, to many text fields (strange the windmills in the sky) – don’t like it but be shure the next animation will be gorgous again. And I will buy it then…
