hi , i have two questions. 1) how can i adjust sound effect level in after effect? this tempelate include transitions sound effect but i dont know to adjust the sound effects level. 2) i dont see smoothly transition effect in after effect. when i take a render i can see smooth transition effect but when i working in after effect , i can not see smoothly the effect. How can i solve this problem? thank you

Regarding your first question: to adjust the volume of the sound, you can change the “Audio > Audio Levels” parameter of any transition layer. 
thank you. my second question is about preview. if i watch the transition effect preview. i have dont see smooth, if you see the effect , you take the render so that you can see good reselotion. but i want to see when i am working on the project.

I tried to open the Handy Seamless Transitions extension today and nothing happens. All other Extension packs I have bought open up in a window except yours! I have used it before but today it seems to not be working. Please provide a solution asap!

Hi, The extension appears to be crashing After Effects CC 2017. I can install script and it works on the first open, however, when I close After Effects and then re-open the program After Effects crashes. To get After Effects to work again I have to remove the HST folder from my Support Folder completely. Any advice?

I am on windows 10 Pro. I am running After Effects 2017. After my install it won’t allow me run it. I can see it properly in my Extensions. But when I go to run it. The window won’t open. I tried it on our Mac and it works find. But want to only run it on our PC.

To work with the extension you will need After Effects CC.2014 or higher. The editing process is very simple, if you have at least a little experience in After Effects. You can see how it works in this video. In addition, these transitions can work without using the extension, in After Effects CS5 and above, as shown in this video.

Hello. I downloaded this product a few weeks ago and it has been working perfectly. I just updated AE to the newest version and the HST window pops up but not the effects. Can you please help me? I have tried re-downloading it and plugging it back into the extensions folder but still no luck.

hallo i try to install the plugin on CC 2017 but its not working. when i want to enable the plug in window > extensions > Handy Seamless Transitions but it plugin menu didnt show up? is there any other ways to fix it?
Hello! If you use the Mac OS, lets try to make this thing. Close After Effects if it’s opened. Open your terminal, type this stroke and press enter:
defaults write com.adobe.CSXS.7 PlayerDebugMode 1
After that relaunch After Effects.
