I just opened the file in after effects and I got the following After Effects Warning:
This project contains a reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference. “Lens Blur”
...and before you ask, I have the latest version of after effects cc installed.
Hello! At the moment, only two users have a similar problem. I have not found a solution yet, perhaps this is due to the latest update of CC.2017. In any case, the Lens Blur effect is used only in two transitions, namely: 14. OVERLAY> Fade> Fade – Light (Dark) – Lens Blur. You can just ignore the error that appears about the missing effect.

Hi! In versions below CC.2014 is not possible to run the HST Script, but you can use the manual method, as shown in this video.

it started working but now when i go to window, extensions and handy seamless, nothing happens and the toolbox that normally pops up, doesn’t. how do i get it to start working

Hi there, I can’t seem to find the transition that’s at 0:07 seconds in the main promo video (the zoom – glitch effect). Is it a combination of 2 separate effects? If so, could you please tell me which effects those are so I can recreate that transition? Thanks for your help 
Hello! This is a combination of two transitions. By the way the file of the promo clip is included in the project. You can find it in the “Handy Seamless Transitions (CS5)” folder, the file “HST_Promo.aep”
This looks awesome, and I am interested in purchasing, just curious, does this also work with video files? I have only seen transitions between images.
Hello! Distorted will be any media content, located under the transition layer. Including photos, videos, shapes, text, etc.

Used to work perfectly fine, however, the CS 2017 version no longer opens. Have tried troubleshooting by updating all software & using every version of HST in Adobe > CEP > Extensions.

hi is the some type of error? because all the Sound effects are the same, In the Item details is say “A unique sound is located in each transition-layer ” But all are the same woosh sound
Hello! Each category of transitions has a unique sound file. However, in one transition, but with different directions of motion (for example Left/Right or In/Out), one sound file is used. Nevertheless, e ven in those transitions , which use a single sound file, randomly changed the tone of the sound.
To check what sounds are used, in the project panel go to Asset > Sound, and right-clicking on the sound file, select “Reveal in Explorer” as shown in this screenshot.
also any tips on get Perspective Disk 90 to render out correctly ? i have tried over and over that no luck…. i would like to know if i encounter any other transitions that do not render

Hi…! I’ve loved using this product quite regularly up until yesterday afternoon when the panel simply disappeared mid-project. Then a short while later (after removing and re-adding the script folder to CEP/extensions directory and restarting AE a few times) the option even disappeared from Window/Extensions in AE options. I was previously using CC2015 without an issue but I’ve just updated to CC2017 and added the HST Script 2017 to CEP/extensions but still no difference. I’ve checked the Network access option in Preferences, too. All my link AE comps in Premiere Pro are now showing Media Offline and missing. Any ideas? Many thanks.

Fist of all I love your work and I honestly this are the best transitions pack Ive download, you did a really great job, but I have a problem…. I bought your Handy Seamless transitions pack and I download it to my mac but unfornuntly my computer is not working fine and I will have to change laptops, I will buy a Windows computer now, so here is my question, in order to use your yout transition pack correctly on my new computer what would i have to do? do i need to uninstall the transitions and with my code i can install it to my new computer? Because I really dont want to buy one more because i really didnt have time to use it ;( hopefully i can get an answer from you soon
