Hi. I’m really interested in purchasing this pack, however, I am running CC 2017 on my computer. I see this is an issue in a previous comment. As you mentioned in your reply to that comment, you have the ability to tweak the file for people running AE CC. Can you confirm that these tweaks will make the file usable? I don’t want to purchase if it doesn’t function correctly. This is the best pack I’ve found so far so I’m hoping it will work.

i, We certainly appreciate the interest you have shown in our products,, Frankly, Best version for Pixityland is Ae CS6 . The Pixityland is a big project with many comps inside,we test the file many times in AE CS without problem. Unfortunately, the AE CC opening file system needs more memory space for open/preview files like this. We have some tips to make it works better and also we reduce the size of our file for customers who had problems .So Please sen us your system configuration to video.pixflow@gmail.com . Thanks for the info. For anyone else having this concern or problem, adobe still offers a page where you can download CS6 applications. I was able to verify the application with my Creative Cloud subscription.

Hi, before purchasing I’d like to ask if it’s possible to create an angel character with wings. Is this just a matter of importing my own torso/clothes design? Will the wings be an issue for your current body design?
Hi, We certainly appreciate the interest you have shown in our product, In the Pixity land there is not any character with wings and you should design your own character and import it into the project or replace it with other characters that is easier than import it separately but it requires some experiences in After effects.
I am having real troubles loading anything into After effects. I have tried the whole Pixity Land eps file which just leaves a blank black screen unable to play anything. I have tried the smaller files and they take about 15 minutes to show in After effects. The preview (when it loads) barely plays even when set to quarter. This is all on a new iMac running Sierra 10.12.4. Processor 3.3 GHz Intel Core i7. Memory 16 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. Graphics Intel Iris Pro Graphics 6200 1536 MB. I am using After effects CC 2017. Please can you help as I was planning on using this for a project and have purchased it. I have spoken to Adobe and they confirmed the program will run fine on a machine with the above specs. Thanks.

Hi, it requires some experience in after effects. You should draw your own hair style in illustrator and replace it but for more specific guide Please us an email.

Hi, Technically, the Pixityland is a big project with many comps inside, So It’s normal to need more ram to work fluently, but your system configuration is ok and you able to work with it. Actually, We made this package for new users that need to have a professional animation with not that much experience.and We prepared bunch of tutorials on our youtube channel.

Hi, Thank you for your kind words. Actually, it requires some experience in after effects. You should draw your own dress and replace it, one more thing, in the package there are many After effects files, you should use AE file named “Pixity Land – CS5 version.aep” to able to use your illustrator files.
Hi. I wonder which version of Adobe After Effect that your template can support. Now I use AE CC 2017 which I think maybe your template can’t support as when I open your template, I can’t see anything. Before that AE ask me to convert version which I’ve already converted but still can’t use.

Hi, I can´t download pixity land. I tryed many times the download but it was impossible, always interrupted download, i need help with that. I alerted Envato, and they have offered no assistance. I get a failed Netword error every time.

Hi, I have a big problem. I just bought the package and when I want to use Adult-Controler Panel, I have nothing : my view screen is empty, it’s just black.
But If I click on Children Control Panel everything appear like on your tutorial (character+outfits, accessories, hair cuts etc).
I have the latest version of AE CC 2017, I’m on iMac OS Sierra with 24GB RAM… What can I do to start using the Adult Control Panel?

Thanks for replying. Ok CS is faster but there is preview bugs (arms are disappearing….) is there a solution to quickly solve this (without update After effects ?)

Hello, although the template looked amazing, it was a super slow process to work with. Now I have to render a 2 minute animation and its telling me that it will take 20 hours to render.
