Issue about hidden file .DS_Store on Mac OS is Fixed.
I am having the same problem - using a mac - won’t import as there is no filter to get rid of the .DS_Store file that the OS X system automatically writes to each folder—haven’t found a way to make this project work on a mac.
please re download this project , it is patched and ignore unreadable files automatic. problem would not be happen

I get a “File import error !” when running RectPos3D.jsx. I’ve re-created images based on the sample sizes etc & even replaced the placeholder images

Image/video Source Folder must not mixed with aftereffect unreadable files Image/video allowed which can be readable on after effects
can you please test whether your image folder can be import on aftereffect ?

The files & folder can be imported into AE. If I replace the images in the COMP RECT FOLDER they appear when I load the AE project, but I still get an error when I click Placement.
I’m using AE CC 2017 ( Version 14.0.1.5 ) on a Mac Book Pro ( OS X 10.11.16 )

Issue fixed by removed hidden .DS_Store file in my photos folder on a Mac.
