Hi there,

Just bought your template and it looks great. I am having a problem when rendering though.

After Effects crashes and gives the following errors:

After Effects has encountered an error [..\..\src\PPixHandleUtitlities.cpp-114]

Afetr Effects error: crash occured while invoking plug in “Advanced 3D”

Afetr Effects error: crash occured while invoking plug in “Slider Control”

Afetr Effects error: crash occured while invoking plug in “Box Blur”

I did try unziping the file to a different location and it still gives the same errors.

My brother has the same error message as above: “After Effects error: The file you are attempting to open was created with After Effects version 10.5 (unknown) and cannot be opened with this version. See www.adobe.com/aftereffects for info on upgrading your software.”

We use CS4 , and he figured this file would be compatible with CS4 . So I took a look at it, but can’t seem to understand why this error message is coming up. Has this been an issue before and have you been able to figure it out the problem? Let us know when you can, thanks! Its frustrating not being able to access it.
