Hello and thank you! Unfortunately it is necessary to increase length of main composition, change the keys of the camera and increase the length of some layers. There is no easier solution!
Thanks, I thought as much. I’m trying to lengthen ‘Phones 10’ comp from 6 to 23 seconds so I’m trying to slow all the movement and rotations down. I’m going through all the key frames within the comp but at 05:16 there’s a big jump in the phone size from large to small yet there’s no keyframe anywhere to correct? Can you advise where I should be looking to fix this? This jump in phone size is not part of the original comp? Thanks

Hello! No, it should be faster. It depends whether you include “depth of field – DOF” and the power of your video card. Since the main calculation in the plug-in Element 3D is a video card.
Great Job ! But one question, how to change easily the resolution ? I need to change it for a vertical format : 1080px width / 1920px height. When I Change the differents compostions sizes the 3d Elements seems to be displace and not appear correctly. Any idea ? Thanks
Hello and thank you for feedback! It will not be easy! In addition to changing the main composition (as you did, as far as I understood) you also need to change size of the layer with Element 3D (in the name it has the name of the device). Also, you may need to disable the “floor” (this is done in the plugin settings) and in places change the animation keys (For example – the laptop will approach as close, just cut off its edges on the sides)
Hi, I have linked the files, yet something still seems wrong. The MacBook screen isn’t lining up correctly and the lighting seems to be wrong.
I have opened the element 1.6 file as I have element 2.0.7 using the v2 AE file doesn’t work at all.

Hello and thank you for purchasing! The version 1.6 file is only for older versions of the plugin. If you have version number two and above, be sure to open the higher version files (if you can update the plug-in on the developer’s site). thanks for the quick reply, for some reason it is working now on the v2 version, however the file is very very slow to work with, is there a way to view the models in wireframe as it is taking a long time to load in frames when you move the timeline

Update the plugin. Perhaps update the driver to your video card. Project on imac should work normally.

Hello, First problem was that all links were lost… Do i have to relink all in opening each scene setup or can i do this just one time ? Second problem, when I re-link the missing files, and click to save, it goes back to the main screen then starts to load, once the bar is full from loading it then crashes… how can i solve it ? It’s quite urgent and for the moment the only things i can do with your file is to solve each problems…

Hi, I am trying to edit the animation. Particularly the one in Group #18. I would like to make the animation start at less of an angle but couldnt figure out how. I figured if I extended the scene to 15 seconds and pulled the comps back this would work but a problem I’m having with that is after the ten seconds the scene jumps to a straight shot of the devices . Is there a place I can set the animation length and where can I change the start angle? I looked everywhere and can’t seem to figure how to edit the animation!! please help!

I am very interested in purchasing, but I saw the last comment about issues in CC 2015. Has this been addressed or is it as simple as following the instructions to relink missing files?
Hello! Thank you for your interest! I shall answer point by point. 1. The project has not been tested by me on AE CC 2015. Projects of older versions are most to be opened in newer versions. Complaints about this were not (I think many of my customers have long been using AE CC 2015). 2. If your plug-in Element 3D works in your version of AE CC 2015, then the project should be fully working. 3. The loss of the objects in the Element 3D is the usual story. it is likely they will lose and you. This is due to the global reference of the project, rather than a local, as usually happens. It will be necessary to link! 4. Link how to spend linking top. If this is not enough, I will describe more detailed instructions.
I just realized this still hasn’t been updated for CC 2015? Please confirm if that’s so. I’ve been working with it all day and none of the devices are showing up and I can only assume that’s why.
