Just purchased the product and I can’t seem to download the file. It keeps giving me a network timeout error. Is their an alternate means to download?

The work you put on this project is awesome. But if I can suggest you an improvement that would take it to another level : For each character pose it would be really really great to put at the end an animation of the character coming back to the default pose. This way we could chain up many animations for a same character in the same scene. Unless I am mistaking, I don´t think it is possible right now.

We would like to know if the regular license we bought:

Adobe After Effect Pixity Land | Character Explainer Toolkit

allow us to:

1) create a number of sequential video tutorials for the same product 2) create small animations to episodes for web / social networks

Please note:

movies will refer to a single free product (app gainspotter) movies will be related to a single customer (gainspotter)

Hi there PixFlow. Great Template. Thanks for the great work. I just wanted to find out if I am able to add external .ai files as props for a scene and clothing for the character to wear. Basically adding these external .ai’s to the template selection for the characters appearance?

The faces are not working in Pixity Land. I have ensured I have the most recent download. When I add a face to the composition to replace the face, it does not work. As well, for many of them they only have female eyes (long eye lashes) even when I choose a male face.

I need help.

Hey PixFlow, great project but is there a way to make the character face another direction and not look directly at the camera?

How do I extend a background scene longer than 20 seconds? I just want the background to stay static for longer than 20 seconds in my composition but it disappears once 20 seconds hit.

I recently downloaded pixity land. All my Adult – Faces from Adult 01 to Adult 20 are the exact same. They are all a happy smile face. The only difference is the eyes between male and female but all the faces are happy. Whether it is titled, sick, scary, sleep, stupid, tired, angry, etc… they are all happy faces.

Can I get some help or the proper download?

Hi I do not see a Child – Body Shadow comp. How am i supposed to customize the child outfits? I see how to do that for Adults, but not child

You have a popular product. Please take the effort to hire a native English speaker to check your grammar or even better, hire an English voiceover artist to be your voice.

I am interested in purchasing this but am concerned about the issues people are having. It kind of sounds like it would be better to save individual parts and put the scenes and final video together in Premiere Pro. I am use to this. But I don’t have time to run into a lot of issues that will make this time consuming. Can you tell me: 1. Can the characters be saved individually. Can I turn off all other layers? 2. are the backgrounds and scenes layered or are they .mov files that cannot be edited. It would seem they should be layered, otherwise how would you put a character behind the desk? Otherwise the scenes would have time limits, especially since they are animated. 3. have you fixed the “slow” issue 4. have you fixed the error where the adults only get the “child clothes for adults”? Do they have access to adult clothes? 5. are there any other issues I need to know about before purchasing this for $53?
