Hi, do you have a (MD5) checksum for the file so I can check if it is correct? When I compress the files to a zip and someone else tries to open them they seem corrupt.

Hi, I’m having a touch time customizing the artwork for the characters in the scenes. It seem some adults are using the file “child clothes for adults” ? that’s very confusing, and when just redrawing new clothes, for customization, they either don’t show up or they’re completely stretched/warped.

Do you have a support website, or a place to troubleshoot these issues?

Hi, this is brilliant, congratulations, however it is impossible to use, it’s so slow.

Hi, I have a few questions:

1. There doesn’t seem to be an option to change the colour of the eyebrows, even though it’s shown in one of your Youtube tutorials – has this option been removed in the current version?

2. The eyebrows are soft and pixelated, which is a real problem with character close-ups. My work-around is to increase the dimensions of each eyebrow layer by 10x and then set the scale to 10% – is there a simpler method?

3. What does the Face FX slider do on the control layer?

If I open my character animator project with after effect I can use Pixity land element with my project.

Some of my co-works find the lengths of some of the females dresses very short and I’m trying to find an easy fix for that so it covers more of the leg of the characters…

I just purchased the pack and really enjoying it so thank you!

I’m having a snag in one animation element. It seems when I try to add character 1 to a background the animation starts with all of the “Glasses” options of the characters scrolling on the face of the character. I have the glasses option on zero, color on zero in my character controller but every time I start an animation it scrolls through all of the glasses options on the face.

Can you help?

I have tried all the configuration possibility but the preview still “not a real time” and it’s not possible to work with it correctly.

I’m running on After Effects CC 13.6.1.6. My desktop is Windows 7 Intel i7-3700 3.40 GHz 32 Go RAM SSD 500 Go

And the project was “converted” from Mac format.
