The beginning of the video is missing files before render it said 113 footage files were missing it seems assets folder is missing a lot of stuff. How can i download the complete folder

I’m sorry for your troubles, but no worries, this seems like a common problem: you can’t open the AE project before properly saving (unzipping) everything into one folder. So before you start customizing the project, unzip everything into one folder and then start the project from this new location. In other case, After Effects cannot locate the source files. -Jakub

Sure, you can add any other language, but you will need to record it. By customization I only mean putting your logo, web URL and changing the colors. Changing a voice basically means translating the script, recording a new voice over and putting this new sound file to the project.
Hi, so i have no idea how to use after effects! i paid for sounds too! i opened the english version file, after 1 hour finally i added my logo!!! lol now how can i add the music and sounds? i cant find it! please help me!
Hey there! I’m so sorry about your troubles, but all these templates are After Effects projects… so it requires you using it. But no worries, many of my buyers were first time AE users and were able to do it 
Once you download the music and SFX you just need to import it to AE, but everything is described in provided PDF help file. Did you read it?

Hi there, I bought this and followed the latest PDF instruction to edit the colour base on going to user colour settings, pressing F3. Changed the colour but the rendered movie does not seem to render it in the colour I set.

Hit “0” on numpad to initiate the RAM preview. Standard preview doesn’t play audio…

Hey there! Please make sure that all the checkboxes controlling the pre-made color schemes are off. Only in that case the custom color pickers work. If all of them are off and it still doesn’t work, please try downloading the project again and opening a clean project. -Jakub

One more thing. I have purchased the SFX and the Music but in the instructions it says to only put the music in the MUSIC compositon and then the SFX in the FINALcomp which I understand, I’ve sorted the SFX but not sure where to put the MUSIC as music isn’t a folder?
Just open the MUSIC composition and drag and drop the music file to the timeline of this comp.

Not good at all! your preview is the product working with all parts. So a client purchases only part of the end product your selling. Clients have to purchase other items to actually get the product your advertising! This is very misleading and you charge $300 for your services. I would like a refund.
Hey there! I’m very sorry for any confusion, but it is clearly stated in the item description that sound effects and music are not included. This is a common approach here on Envato Market to present a project with a music of some AudioJungle producer (and support his work too) – after all you can use any other music or sound effects. And I don’t charge $300. I charge $150 for one customization, $100 for any additional explainer from my production. Again, this is a common way here since you’re always buying a template, not a final product and any additional time of a designer just needs to be paid. But once again, I am really sorry. I can understand that the preview can be probably a little confusing, but I just wanted to present the video in the best possible way. But if you’d like a refund I respect that. But this is something authors can’t help with. There is no tool for us to make refunds. You need to contact the official Envato Support – that is the only authority in this case. I am deeply sorry that you’re not satisfied with my product. If you’d like, please contact me directly again and maybe I can offer a better deal since I really don’t want to see my clients unsatisfied. -Jakub

The voice is cut off at the start in english. The first words are like he is starting in the middle of the sentence with Website. That’s not even a sentence! Will you be fixing this??

Why not sell the entire project for the $69 instead of buying the music and sound effects separately.
Hey there, the reason is that music and SFX are not my products and were created by my collegues from AudioJungle (so I only get paid for the animation and they for the audio part). Also this way customers can choose different music they like or not include SFX if they are on a really tight budget.
