Just purchased, The background music and the sound affects are working fine. But the Voice Over is not playing, how can I fix this?
Hmm, strange…in FINALcomp make sure the US voice over is ON (not muted). Let me know if that doesn’t help…

As I can see, the project is not loaded properly. After Effects are missing the file… you can’t open the AE project before properly saving (unzipping) everything into one folder. So before you start customizing the project, unzip everything into one folder and then start the project from this new location. In other case, After Effects cannot locate the source files. Have you got any message about missing files? Because you will probably miss even more files (pictures, icons) if you haven’t unzip it properly.
I tried to unzip it in the same location as another projects and the folders were the same, I got it to work by unzipping it to a new folder by itself and it works now, thanks!

yes, you can change any of the texts to anything else. You just need Adobe After Effects to edit the project but you can even use a free 30-day trial: www.adobe.com/products/aftereffects.html

There is a pre-made layer mixed exactly for this project (WDE-SFX.wav). Just put it at the start of the FINALcomp and that’s it.
I have a question: It seams that when i use the video as iframe in my website it comes out with different shades of colors depending on the browsers. e.g: I have a blue bg for the video and when i look at it in Chrome and Firefox they have different shades of blue. Would you know how i could fix this? Thank you
Hey there! I’m not a web designer so my knowledge in this field is pretty limited… but this is probably caused by the video player that plays the videos inside that iframe. Try using different player (like JWplayer) or simply embed YouTube or Vimeo link. No other idea in my mind for this issue… Cheers -JV
