Good day. Very impressed with Your work – for the first time when I saw her, can’t get to sleep until 2am! And immediately bought it! Question – can I make a few videos using Your product? Videos are not for sale, only for informational purposes.

Hi,
Thanks for purchasing

If you want to create the video for just one brand or company, you need only one license. You can create multiple video for just one brand. If you want to create video for another company you have to buy new license.

This is a great template set, however, it runs very slow once you have a particularly busy scene. I’m on a brand new iMac that’s PIMPED and it still slows massively. I think I can edit the template to get past this, however it’s not ideal.

Hi,
Thanks for purchasing Pixity Land,
Pixity Land is not a light template, but you can work with it if you watch the tutorial: “11:Some Tips”.You have purge your memory after each ram previewing to refresh your AE. It’s so easy, just press Ctrl+Alt+/ . You can find this one in the tutorial too.

Hello, your work is absolutely amazing! I was just wondering, am I able to use this to make a video for my YouTube channel which will be monetised with a regular license, or would I need an extended license?

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your kind words

Yes, it’s possible. Regular license works for you. Please contact us if you have any question.

hi do you have any overweight adult poses/figures?

Hi,
Unfortunately not. Pixity doesn’t have overweight people.

Hi

I purchased this product a long time ago, because I did not have the time to create my video story, not I am starting to create the video using your template, but I found the no audio sound in my AE video , can you help me? I tried to import the audio file as I usually do, but there is no sound.

Thank you in advanced.

Hi,
Thanks for your purchase.

As we said in the description :

Musics in the demo are not included.

You can purchase Success Story of a Happy Man from NoizMan
You can purchase Corporate Motivation from Magnesid
You can purchase Friends from J_Bond

Please let me know if I misunderstood the point.

Hello. I have noticed there are some missing icons in the template I downloaded from you. The ones that are missing are from the Stationary 3 group (there is supposed to be a newspaper, desk lamp, box, etc.). I checked in both the full template and the individual Icon Set template. Are these hiding somewhere else? I don’t know if there is anything else missing from the templates that should be there (according to the element guides)—I just noticed this as I was trying to find one of the missing icons to use in a project. Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for your purchase

Could you please send me a screen shot from your stationery folder? (video.pixflow@gmail.com)

Email sent.

Hey man, looking for this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mjb3YmwGui0 do you sill have it? i don’t get notifications so you might need to em-ail me at rich(at)newmediafactory.co with link or message me here.

Hi. I am wondering how to use the same transitions, but get the color to change for different uses. For example, I am trying to use transition 7 a few times, between different scenes. However, I have to use the same colour for each one, which I don’t want to do (when I change the colour for one instance, it changes for all). How can I use the same transition but set different colours for different times/uses?

Yes, I know how the change the colours. However, I cannot use the same transition multiple times in the same project, applying different colours for different uses of the transition. For example, I am moving from a scene with a blue background to one with a green background, so I set the transition colour to match the green of the new scene. Then I am transitioning from the scene with the green background to another one with a blue background, so I set the transition colour to match the blue background. However, when I change the colour, it changes for all instances where that transition is used (so the one I had already set to blue is now changed to green when I changed the second one). Is there no way to use the same transition between multiple scenes, with individual colours being set for each use (and not changing all the other transitions to the last colour used)? I prefer to use the same transitions in a piece—it looks neater and has better continuity. I don’t wan’t to have to have each transition a different one just to be able to get different colours for each.

Never mind—I figured it out! I just needed to make a copy of the transition and then give it a different name. Now I can use the same transition multiple times but apply different colours for each use without it resetting the others. :)

Hi again,

It’s great to hear that you found it out. You can do this in different ways. Duplicating it in project panel works too. However I prefer to apply fill to the whole transition composition (not inside of it)

I want to purchase this but need to know if I make a series of videos do I have to pay this fees for each video?

I bought this only to find out that my Adobe suite was updated to cc 2015. It is not working.Having problem with converting project to new version. When will you have a version that is compatible?

Sorry, got it to work.

Unfortunately new version of AE (i.e. AE CC 13.5 – 2015) has been released with a lot of bugs from Adobe. Adobe announced that this version has new render engine and it needs time to remove bugs and adding some features : https://blogs.adobe.com/aftereffects/2015/06/features-not-available-in-after-effects-cc-2015-13-5.html

Btw, Pixity Land works in AE CC 2015 too. If you open separate After Effects project file it doesn’t have any problem. But if you want to use the main file, you should let AE around 2 minutes to load all of the elements. Please first open another composition (like diagrams) and when it loads open character main compositions. Maybe nothing changes after changing numbers of characters, just pan the screen and it renders the frame. I’ve recorded a video tutorial for this, please email us to send it to you. (video.pixflow@gmail.com)

All the best

Having issues using this. It was working fine prior to updating AE to 2015 and now the character screen is black and I don’t see anything – help!!!

I get this message also when opening the file: This project must be converted from version 10.0 (Macintosh 64). The original file will be unchanged.

One more error message: After Effects warning: a layer has missing dependencies.

Text Layer: Font family. “Lobster”, Font Style: “Regular”

Hi,

These are just warning messages. Please download all the fonts. Can you please send me a screenshot from your problem. mail : video.pixflow@gmail.com

Hello , I can not find the mail .my name is Claudia, Argentina. My mail is calusitas@gmail.com, please can answer or send me a tutorial that mail ? . I need to change some clothes and replace them with my own. I need to make a video for a rural farm school . Teachers wear long white coats , long skirts , and children too. I need to change that clothing in the control panel . How do I change it from illustrator or after effect ?. It is urgent , otherwise , the characters do not serve me with these clothes. Children are poorer, that is why the clothes have to be like them and I must make way. Is there any chance I can include my own vectors in the control panel ? please. Muchas gracias!

Hi,
Please check your mailbox.

Muchas gracias! Please check your mailbox.

You’re welcome :)

Hola, soy de Argentina. me gustaría saber si puedo cambiar la ropa (change clothes woman with my own clothe vector) cómo hago? y las skirt más largas?

Hi,

You have to place each part of cloth in its own composition and you have to know our character composition structure. It’s not so easy to do that. Please mail us in English and I’ll send you a tutorial.

All the best

it`s best template in videohive !! great work !!

Thanks a lot for your kind words.
Please let us know if you have any problem.

Hello, are there any ways to make the project faster? If I created one single empty master project, and into that I imported all the separate templates, would it run faster then one big single project? I never worked with such big project file, I understand slowness can’t be avoided, but would this project files separation work? can you offer any tips on how to ease work with such big project file?

Dear jonKeyo,

Thanks for your great time and this awesome feedback Sorry for my delay to answer your comment. As you said I checked it with Task Manager and this is the result: In CS5 we don’t have any CPU processing. Because CS5 doesn’t have any catching process. In CS6 and CC , After Effects using Catching process (i.e. Green line bar in timeline panel). So AE goes forward and calculate more and catch it. I’ve tested it with a lot of situations. CPU process continues even if you turn off all character creator expressions. So why he process goes on? It’s because of character puppet animation and its expression. You can try this to find out : If you trim your comp around 1 second long, CPU becomes 0%. But if you set your composition duration to 1 minute, it will process until reach last frame. Please let me know if you have any other suggestion. I appreciate it.

All the best Pixflow Studio

Thanks for info. I found out a way to fix this problem! You click the upper right icon of timeline panel (upper right of timeline tab in CC 2014) and turn off “Show Cache Indicators”. It works like magic! Suddenly 0% cpu usage. I found the answer on creativecow forum, apparently expressions that look for certain data have this problem since CS6 “Global Performance Cache” feature. It is strange, it should not disable the cache, only the visual green indicator of it. Strange that that should load the cpu that much. Anyways glad we figured this out :). Perhaps you should somehow inform customers or put it in documentation, my work on project would be so easier if I knew this before hah :). Damn you Adobe :D.

It’s not believable ;) Thanks for this. Yes, we’ll include it in our new tutorials to help customers. Thanks again.

Hello, I find the template very nice but there is a couple of questions: 1 The eyes on the character’s poses keep having the female look also on males. How can fix that? 2 Is there a way to make the project faster. My computer is pretty smooth usually, but with the characters of pixityland gets really slow to fix. How could I get it lighter and faster?

thanks

also is there a way to foresee the motion shapes without opening each of the 43 to check wich one to use? thanks

Hi,
Thanks for purchasing Pixity Land

1) Each face has female(F) and male(M) version. For example “Adult – 01 Happy – Sad – F” and “Adult – 01 Happy – Sad – M”. You can use one of them for your character pose

2) Please see the tutorial: “11:Some Tips”.You have purge your memory after each ram previewing to refresh your AE. It’s so easy, just press Ctrl+Alt+/ . You can find this one in the tutorial too.

3) Sorry, but you should just open them to see its content.

Regards

Hi, Very nice template. Is everything customizable (time, size ,duration, color) via after effect (shape, background, icon, typo, diagram, transition, elements) or via illustrator. The background are they made of independent and customizable elements? Thanks. Regards Ben

Hi,
You can make stories with different times, sizes and even colors of elements. It’s not easy to change background elements. Please mail us if you have any problems by mailing us. We reply to mails so faster.
Kind Regards

Hello, will there ever be a baby? I can’t find explainer toolkit with baby included. Like in a craddle or adult holding it. It is important element to communicate a newly founded family. Or to communicate motherhood.

Hi,
Pixity Land have a set of icons for baby. You can find it in video presentation @ 8:33
Regards

Oh great, totally overlooked it, gonna buy Pixity Land soon :).

I’m glad to hear that.
Thank you :)

helo, i duplicated some character, sitting position, one sits perfectly, but the other one is missing limbs. can help pls. ty

Hi,
It’s an un-updated After Effects bug and it’s not PixityLand’s bug. So if you have AE CS6 just update it from Adobe site to the latest AE CS6 (You don’t need updating to CC).
