that didn’t solve the prob;em, i waited 30 minutes but the same, i tried many solution from youtube until i got one working,
after working i added some elements but still showing errors with playing, please check the videos.

Thanks to the users in this thread, I’ve gotten through some issues. One being that the drive I was using didn’t have enough memory. I got permission to use my company’s C drive, and now I got the same message as smazyck (1232 files are missing) and the elements are black blocks.) What to do? Thanks!! ~Peggy
Also, for some reason, Quicktime is not an approved download at my work. I have to use Windows Media Player. I was moving along okay on another drive – until I ran out of space.
You have to replace one of the missing files from the correct place and then all the other assets will be replaced correctly automatically.
When I open up the project non of the elements are there. It’s giving me color bars for every element. I see that it has a MACOSX folder, is this project PC compatible?

Yeah, I have quicktime. Should the download come with a folder of the clip art graphics, the hands, etc?
Before the project opens a warning window comes up that says “After Effect warning: 1232 files are missing since you last saved this project.”
Please re-download the package and unzip in a new location not on disk C if you using Windows. Cannot missing the files. Thanks.

Hello, I just purchased your template. I cant preview the elements i only see black and colored squares for the layers. I have cleared my cache and its still very slow. I am running AE CC 2017. Can you please help? thank you
Hi, thanks for purchasing the template. This black screen seems that you need more memory. AE CC needs more memory to worked correctly. I think at least 16GB and 32GB is perfect. On AE CS6 maybe you can work with 8GB. Also sometimes you need to wait a bit on black screen in order to load on memory. Thanks
