Can i use hebrew text in this template?
Hi, yes you can, but on some compositions that the hand is writing text you have to change the position from right to left. Thanks.

Yes, select from the basic, short or long handwriting compositions, then unhide layers select Null solid and elect from menu Layer/Time/Time-Reverse-Layer. Also on Text layer select mask keyframes and bring the end keyframe front, and the from to the end. Thanks

cause im intending to buy several whiteboard proyects and implement many images or elements that this proyect does not have so i want to know if maybe there can be some incompatibilities or some possible errors.
Hi, it is not so easy to replace images. you have to replace an existing image on photoshop first and fit the area of the drawing. Thanks.

Keep getting Error: Cached Preview needs 2 or more frames to playback. What are my options when cache and disk size are not the problem?

Hi the project is extremely slow to open on a very powerful mac Pro, all files are missing and I have to manually link them but is so slow it takes like 15 minutes to open. I noticed many other people pointing out errors. having bought from you before I dont think I am able to use this product.
Hi, thanks for purchasing. In CS6 works perfectly. In CC you have to wait about a min to cache the template in memory. Also clear cache memory and increase disk cache memory on AE before you open. For the missing files you do something wrong. Unzip on a new disk folder. Thanks
I know all that. Cache is on a large external SSD with over 140 GB. I emptied cache. It takes over 15 minutes to open or import unless I use CC 2014 so is not compatible with my workflow and I cant use it. I just unziped the file like any other templates
Hi, the project tested and opened in 30sec on just an an iMac i7 with 32 GB memory and works perfectly on CS6. Maybe your version of AE isn’t updated. Please update to a new version and try again. Maybe is something wrong with your system. Thanks

I am sorry to see that the project does not work for me. I’m on After Effect 2015.3 (v 13.8.1.38), and I just have glitches displayed on screen: I only have black squares for the items, and colored shapes for the hands. Please see this screenshot : http://i.imgur.com/8kQsJTF.jpg

Yes you can. You can also put it on the character t-shirt by override the png file with your logo in Photoshop.
Hi there. I am editing this for client and I cant figure out why they are not animated to go out of the screen. How do I transition between scenes? Usually all other templates I bought they where animated to disappear also.
Hi, you have to make an easy out position out of the frame for instance to the right and bring next animation from the left with easy ease. You can use null objects for the position moves.Thanks
