Hello,
II have purchased this template, But, I am facing some issues ..
1. when I import the rendered animation to timeline the play back of the animation is not smooth due to my edit project is in 25 FPS and the animation is is in 30 FPS. So , it requires original video file ( must have been rendered in 3d softwares) to be rendered in 25 FPS.
I need the the video assets used in the template in 25 FPS ... can any one help ...even if i convert the asset to 25 FPS from 30 FPS the motion is not smooth .2. also the frame size is 1280X720 …. can we have 1920X10180
Please help ..

the resolution of the file is native 1280×720 due to the fact that a full HD of the render could be very heavy for the maximum upload size at this time on videohive.
Regarding the smooth animation are u speaking about your final result ? or the preview ?

The video is not smooth because our time line is 25 FPS, and your asset files in 30 FPS … so even after exporting , the render file is not smooth ..
We require following spec file , kindly let me know how to go about ..
we require 1920X1080 resolution file ,
The after effects projects file should be in 25 FPS including Asset file in 25 FPS..
Please let us know at the earliest .

Hello, Sorry but at this time we can not provide the assets as per your request. Resolution and frame rate are specified on the item description,
At this time we do not have access to the 3D files anymore. Sorry for that.
