This is a beautiful product.
I am leaving a "3" star review because documentation is very poor.
This is a consistent problem excellent developers must correct.
They spend enormous time building their wares, then put together documentation that does not adequately instruct the potential problems a customer might have.
Support for this product is excellent.
Products which seem good but have poorly written documentation are unfortunate.
I encourage developers to spend much more time on quality documentation, as it will change many angry messages and wasted e-mails to five star reviews.

We of course apologize, but it's a little strange to rate the template 3 stars due to the fact that there is no documentation that shows how to solve problems that customers may have. Our video tutorial contains a step-by-step guide on how to work with the template. And if customers have questions, they can always ask for support, which is fast and high-quality. A video tutorial on solving customer problems can be very long. And for most, it will be useless. It is also difficult to predict what difficulties may arise. For example, we would never have thought that a client who does not have the Element 3D plugin would open a "Website Presentation (E3D).aep" file. But nevertheless thanks for the feedback.
If you want to make ANY changes beyond literally inserting placeholders it is impossible to deal with and completely useless. I had two different expert AE developers tackle it and both came back that it would take hours to even extend or duplicate a scene within it.

594 purchases, 10 ratings of 5 stars, and your "experienced" developers have difficulty pressing the "Ctrl + D" keyboard shortcut. After that, hold down the "ALT" button with a click of the mouse button to replace the necessary elements in new scenes. You could contact us for much quicker support (and free). We are very sorry that you have to work with such "experienced" developers.
