Is there an alpha channel on the background itself so I can put in any background behind the laptop? I don’t mean what’s on the laptop screen, but the background color of the overall video itself. Thanks!

Hey, editing and playback of the e3d files are incredibly slow for me (basically unusable). I have a MB pro m1 max fully specced out, running on the latest version of AE in rosetta. Using 8 bit colour and quarter res and i’ve even turned off AO to see if that would help but it’s still no good. I have another machine (2020 MB Pro i9) that works a bit better, but it’s still very slow. Any ideas about what’s wrong?

Great Template , but in the examples are all devices in fine black , that´s what i´m looking for (PreRender Version) , but in mine the devices are silver , how can i change that ? The Light Version is great , but i want the Black Version also , can u change that maybe ?
In the examples, the devices are in silver. If you need to make a dark color you can add an effect “Tritone” and change the light colors. (see screenshot)

Pre buy question – Do I need element 3d plugin to use these templates?
The project has two versions. With plugin and no plugin.

You can completely edit the template at your discretion, except for changing the animation of the devices.

How do you insert the template into After Effects?
You need to run After Effects. Then, in the “File” tab, select the “Open Project” item and if you have a Element 3D plug-in, then select the Website Presentation (E3D – White) or Website Presentation (E3D) file. If you do not have a plug-in, then select the Website Presentation (White) or Website Presentation file.

Hello. If there are no png files at all, then download the project file, from market again. If they are not displayed, then most likely you have moved them. You need to replace them. But it will be faster to reload the project and not move the contents of the zip archive.

I really enjoy this product but I am experiencing one issue. I added a mp3 file in after effects just to add some music. I tried to render it in many different ways but the rendered mp4 from AE has no audio at all .. Maybe you could help me with that.
Hello! Thank you for purchasing our template. Please watch the video tutorial, section music. And also do not forget to keep the “alt” button pressed while replacing the layer. When you will render, make sure that there is a tick in front of the automatic use of music.

1. If you do not have the effects panel open, then you need to put a checkmark in front of the effects panel in the “Window” tab.
2. Open the composition for rendering and select the “Controller” layer.
3. In the effects panel that appears, you will see the gradient setting

There are two video tutorials complete with the template. One common, the second for the version with Element 3D. It is located in the “Help” folder.
Unfortunately I did not succeed to do it. I did not understand well. Do I have to use video editing software, open it and adapt the content. I did not succeed to import the files to Camtasia my video editing software. Do yo have a doc that explain step by step? Thanks for your support
Which video do you need to edit? All you need is the After Effect program. As for step by step, we wrote to you that look at the “Help” folder (which is included with the template), there is a detailed video tutorial.

I really like this bundle but is there any chance to edit the ‘envato’ logo on the device? It’s quite present and i think my client don’t want any ‘brand’ on the devices disturbing the content.
