Bonjour, à partir de 1000/1200 pixels la resolution devrait être suffisante sur les réseaux sociaux une fois animé avec VoluMax 6. Possible en dessous mais avec un résultat moins net. Vous pouvez aussi retravailler un peu la photo sur Photoshop pour gagner en netteté (la dernière version inclus des options d’upscaling très efficace)

Hi, prepurchase question. Can I use video files on alpha channel instead of still photo. For example the main character in composition is a person who was shot on green screen. Is it possible to put this person into landscape photo?
Hello. Yes alpha channel is supported. In theory this is possible on videos but the subject cannot change the angle of his head too much, he can change a bit his attitude and move eyes thought. Using high values of Relax on the depth map can help too. Renders might be a bit longer than with pictures. This can give interesting results

Hello, I purchased Volumax 6 last October. It has been working fine. After installing the latest version of After Effects (18.2) Volumax does not wok any more. It only comes up with error messages and saying ‘AE Error: the file format could not parse the file (45::36)’. and all your graphics just show an error picture. I had to un-install that AE version and went back to 18.1. Now Volumax works again. i guess it would be good if you could provide us with a compatible update, since reverting back is only a temporary fix. Thank you Let me know what you think
Yes I heard about this problem, you are facing a issue with a corrupted After Effects update that is now unable to use Photoshop PSD files. Uninstall and reinstall After effects or use anterior AE 2020 version. Adobe should fix this problem in the coming weeks hopefully…

Do I delete the information out of the project file of first project and then start a second project? Or, do I need to start with a clean project file which would mean saving as again. ?? Thank you.

These objects are pictures with (or without) 3D baking activated, they will follow your 3D animation in space.
